Waited 10 minutes at the counter for service. They proceeded to serve the drive thru continuity, Even cars pulling up after I entered. 5 employees, Then 2 more returning from break. Still no service. So I announced forget it and left.

Costomer service is bad here most times. Server Tiffany was very rude, I get there’s bad days at work but you come on the mic rude and with an attitude imma come right back with one . Ruining peoples day because of yours is only gonna make yours worse

Food was alright, and I can't really complain for it being tacobell. Service was lacking quite a bit. Lady didn't know what drink I wanted? And my order was getting mixed up in communications? The lady was completely mute with me as well, not exactly what you want for customer service.

Never have I ever experienced such bad service waited in line for 45 min then waited another 30min for them to tell us they didn’t have any of our food they were out of burrito wraps I ordered a nacho bell grande didn’t get that either a hour of my time wasted
