Most of the staff was friendly and the food was fresh. The problem was that they tried to give me 3oz of a chicken bowl that was supposed to be 13.2. Why and how can you short me 10oz of food that I paid almost $10 for. Then when I asked for it to be weighted one staff seemed to have an attitude about it. To make matters worse only one staff knew the difference between oz and lb. Smh ??♀️

The service was fast but the food was horrible. Their new chicken cripanada had almost no filling. Burritos were just all tortillas and no filling. The beef chalupa was wet and dripping grease. Why ask what sauce I want if you just going to throw in whatever you wan. I'll not be going back to Taco Bell anytime soon. Way too expensive for the lame gross food!

This was right up there with the best Taco Bell I have ever eaten.
Supposed to be the nacho fry nachos. Cold and overcooked. Didn’t get the sauce I asked for. All the food was cold and dry. Every time we go it’s horrible.

The employee misheard me saying I wanted 3 freezes so when I was handed 2 I asked if I could buy the 3rd since I was waiting 10 minutes for 4 soft tacos and 2 large nachos fries but they wanted to me go back around for a regular size freeze that was misheard by the employee and I guess myself when she read the order back but instead of the manager Stephanie allowing me to buy 1 more freeze she instead told her employees to make me go back around for 1 drink and was rude to me and when I asked for the DM's phone number and the manager Stephanie's name they wouldn't give it to me and she did not address me or speak to me at all only through her employees and they refused to give me her name but I heard them saying it when they called her to ask about me getting another freeze. This isn't the first time we have had bad service here it's every time we go there and they are always messing up our order or not giving us all of our food. We always try to go to the one in Beecher because they are far more better with service and always get the orders correct. I will be calling corporate because I have worked in fast food and customer service and this taco bell location definitely needs more training especially in customer service. We always round up to donate for training for taco bell employees and it's obviously not being used to do the training that needs to be done. I'm very unhappy with every visit I have had there especially this one especially since my kids eat there every night after wrestling practice and I shouldn't have to drive across town when I live much closer to this location.

Slow rude and gross every item in my order was wrong. I could hear yelling from inside and I was in the drive threw they parked 3 cars and the people there aren't even in uniform I couldn't tell if people were working or there hanging out behind the counter because they weren't working ( I went in for a refund ) I've never asked for a refund while getting fast Ford or eat at a restaurant but this was so bad I didn't want to risk them re making my food
