I ordered a double protein bowl, with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and fried rice.The lady at the counter was super nice and the guys in the back focused and working hard.I liked the chicken teriyaki , but the orange chicken I did not care for at all. The veggies were fresh and well cooked, fried rice slightly over cooked.All the portions were good and food prepared relatively quickly.Overall a decent experience. Also respect to the fork/chopstick hybrid - loved that.

Hit or miss. I've had some great and some really, really terrible meals here. They typically do the teriyaki chicken well. The katsu and salmon have been overcooked to the point of being like chewing on jerky on multiple occasions. My wife refuses to eat here any longer. It's a shame because when they make it well, the food is great.

I had a great experience the first time I went to TM. The second experience was terrible and I was hesitant to go back.On my third visit I spoke with the employees about my experiences. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order.The food was freshly prepared while I was there and the portion was on point.Second shift crew did it right, don’t change how you make the bowls this one was perfect.

Called and asked if I could place an order for pick up as I was driving and wanted to pay cash. Told no rudely and hung up on. Then I got there and ordered while waiting the girl in front was blowing and picking her nose (with a tissue) but was wearing one glove on her left hand and nothing on her right. As she bagged everyone's food she never washed her hands after this or changed the soiled glove.It's absolutely disgustingThrowing the food out as soon as I get home And never coming back

10/22/23Lasts nights experience was a complete dumpster fire.My husband and I placed our order online like we normally do, never, have we ever experienced what we did last night with Teriyaki Madness on Miller Rd. We placed our order at 6:43pm, at 7pm we get there and my husband goes in to get it. At 7:10pm he comes out to the car with no food, losing his mind. He proceeds to tell me that someone took our food, that they are refusing to remake it or refund him because there is no manager in the building and that they don't give away free food and that he would have to purchase another one.At 7:12pm I go in with the receipt, left husband out in the car with our son to cool off. I wait my turn, and I say I placed an order at 6:43pm and it is now 7:12pm, the lady immediately interrupts me and tells me "she just spoke to my husband" I said okay so how are we going to fix this she says " you'll have to purchase another one" I said no, I am not paying for another one as I didn't receive the first one. The guy in the kitchen then chimes in and says " I can just make you another one" I said please. I tell him my order we ordered a large bowl with broccoli and noodles chicken breast with extra chicken. I make the announcement that I'll be sitting right here, so we can be sure that I get my food. I sit down and I'm just watching them. He says to the lady working the counter, yeah I just made that one, and says " I bet it was those teenagers." He no more than said that and two teenage boys walk in with you'll never guess. Yup, they ended up with our food. The kid said that's not even remotely what I ordered, I ordered orange chicken on rice with an eggroll. At this point I bit my tongue because all I wanted to do is say "Oh there's my food, it's a good thing you guys don't give away free food." I am dying at this point. I keep my mouth shut and I continue to watch this crazy lady at front counter get even more frustrated. Who may I add is wearing sunglasses and her winter coat "inside" and at "night" and is clearly struggling to read the order slips, she just seems completely out of it. This is who they have bagging the orders, but its my fault, they don't give away free food and if I want my order I need to pay for it again. Get outta here with your nonsense. No apology, just mad at me that I wanted MY order that I PAID for. That's $20+ meal and yes we ALWAYS TIP!Props to the guy in the kitchen that just made us another one, and didn't give us too hard of a time, unlike the Rockstar at the counter who wears sunglasses at night.
Good place for take out, it's kinda like Qdoba but with asian influence, I had spicy chicken with rice bowl, very tasty, great portion, kids liked their food too!

Food was great. The only disappointment was the burnt chicken. Steak, rice, noodles and veggies were fantastic. Definitely two could share a meal. Jr meal will fill most people up. Teriyaki sauce is delicious!! Will definitely go again and check the chicken before leaving.

Ordered on line today. They really dropped the ball. Order had my name on the order, butnotclose to what I ordered. Ordered chicken breast teriyaki on brown rice with veggies and received breaded chicken on noodles. A call to the business didn't even get me an apology. She tried to tell me she hadn't taken an order for that until I told her I had a confirmation number. Off the list for places to eat

I took my gf here for lunch after telling her how good it is. I go to a different location often so I know what good food from here tastes like. At this location we ordered chicken teriyaki bowls with white rice, a few bites in we found hard rice in our bowls and my chicken was dried out. I never complain about food but I spent $33 I expect good food. I told the lady (sat 8/12/23 at 4pmish) my rice was hard and chicken was dried out I wanted new bowls. She called her boss gave me the run around excuse of we can't give out free bowls. I will never go back here she was very rude she called her boss a second time and said I can give you new rice but not chicken. My chicken was bad too not just the rice. She told me bc of how much I ate I couldn't get a replacement bowl. I took 5 bites almost puked twice. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR BAD FOOD. mistakes happen in the kitchen but not making it right with the customer over a greedy issue is not how you stay in business. Veryyyyy bad customer service. I RECOMMEND EATING AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION!
