The lady in drive thru today onmarch 18th 2024 at 10:25am Was incredibly rude to me because of lack of patience of a matter of one second. I went to grab my phone to pay with tap and pay and she immediately got annoyed and rolled her eyes and turned away in a spin and asked me in an extremely irritated annoyed tone. What is this ?! Told her it’s tap n pay. The way she reacted to a customer due to zero patience she should NOT be running drive thru. Customer service requires patience and KINDNESS.

Not happy at all I made a mobile order the exact way I wanted and they still couldn’t follow the directions at all twice in a roll I was nice and communicated with the employee face to face and I felt she didn’t care at all and made it the way she wanted I needed it a special way compared to my boyfriends order but they completely ignored it we finally gave up and took it the way she made it and went home
