The small alleyway hidden gem hides itself above an alley in Flint. Going during daylight hours is my preference, but the locals seem to have no issues enjoying it afterdark where it is sure to be filled with customers, as it was my first time years ago. Happy to be back, as the burger was fantastic and the staff was great. Its no wonder the Torch is famous in Flint!
What a great bar! Don't be put off by the alley or dark stairway. On entering you'll find a cosy dive bar with friendly people and the best burgers cooked to order and at great prices. Loved the Chimay Belgian beer that is hard to find outside Europe. Chris, the manager was so interesting sharing his brewery knowledge and secrets. We were just passing through Flint but we will make sure to pass that way again. Really great place. Thanks for a wonderful evening! Love...
