Didnt go in, cant speak on atmoshere, but kids love it, wife loves it. I love it. Not to expensive. Healthy options. Good to grab on the go. I spend legit 10 minutes tops here. Regardless of how many drinks we get. Wife gets the wraps and loves them from here.Kid-friendliness: Choco smoothies for the kids. Delicious.

It seems to me that there is a huge turn over rate here. As soon as you get to the staff and the staff learns you, then they are gone. One particular staff member is so attentive, kind and efficient. He's an African American young man. He's always pleasant. I don't see him too often. Since he's not there, I would rather go somewhere else. Smoothie King is not too far. Customer Service is EVERYTHING!

I have had terrible experiences with both Hill Rd locations. While I see all complaints are the same as mine are in the reviews, lots of apologetic responses, but nothing ever done to correct them. I was excited to see the new location, but did not take long to figure out it was the same owner. You leave a bunch of kids to run your stores that have little experience and poor work ethic. Sometimes they can be friendly, but often rude. Covid is no longer an excuse, it was terrible before and now. No one answers the phone, ap ordering shut down, waiting in drive thru for 40 minutes for one smoothie(1 car in front of me ordered 2 smoothies), kids swaggering past while doing nothing, no one at registers, not enough fruit and more ice than anything 50% of the time on smoothies (especiallyat GB location). Always out of specialty flavors. Skimpy portions that are inconsistent, today maybe 6 small chunks of chicken in my salad. Try this: Hire a good ADULT manager that HAS food experience and hire twice as many employees as you think you need, TRAIN PEOPLE!!!! Treat it like you care for crying out loud. To be honest you shouldn't even have a franchise. This cannot be the company's image they want out there. Sad, really sad.

Part of our order was made incorrectly, so we turned around to get a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement was also made incorrectly and we didn’t have time to wait for another. However, the manager followed up right away the next morning and made it right. Kudos on the effort from management. FYI it seems that the lobby has been closed for an extended period of time, so factor that into your timeframe.

I ordered two smoothies, a wrap and a flatbread through the app. When I arrived, nobody greeted me at all, which after working 6+ years in foodservice I expect. I arrived at the time the app told me to, but they hadn't made the food items yet. Instead of telling me "so sorry we will have that right out for you", I waited between 5-10 minutes with several employees walking by and not acknowledging me at all. Then the hummus veggie wrap was made without hummus and with salsa instead- it was gross. I am very disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this Tropical Smoothie. The smoothies were very good though.

Horrible. No really. DO NOT eat there. 25 minutes in the drive through for 2 wraps. Took a bite out of each. Both disgusting. I'll be surprised if I don't get food poisoning.

Smoothies were made exactly how we asked, and the speed of how they were made was just fine. The inside was clean and pretty modern. I will definitely be returning to this location when I want to order smoothies.
For an unbelievable and my favorite drink try this. Order the jetty punch minus the banana and sub mango. Add extra strawberry, blueberries and a half a scope of extra sweetener, bring the total amount to a scoop and a half total to turbinado!!!! You gotta oder it just like that and let me know what you think. Thanks ladies you always get it just right
