Pre-ordered a Chai bowl & smoothie. Neither were ready once I got there. The chai bowls were frozen and unobtainable. Then it took 3 people to do the slowest refund. Highly suggest no one to use this location. Everything that could have went wrong did. Davison is a great choice though

They don't keep up with stock or something! Never have the parmesan crisp for the supergreen salad. They wont even tell you, they dont have nun, just hand you your salad.. happen to me twice at same location.. never going back!

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and my smoothie was made terribly. My fruit is barely blended. There are large chunks all throughout the smoothie. There are also large chunks of ice. Next time I’m not going to be nice and leave. I’m going to promptly return and request a full refund. no hard feelings.

Order for delivery which that part was great! My issue is I ordered extra meat. My biggest pet peeve is when the excuse is sorry we are training. Welp maybe you should be standing there helping. Especially when someone pays extra for something… I don’t want free food so you can do something to it… do better

Store #144 910 S. Center Rd. Flint is by far the WORST Tropical Smoothie I have ever been too. Extremely slow all the time. This has been my 4th time having bad experiences before writing this review. I got blocked in the drive thru for 19 minutes today and was unable to pull out or cancel my order. I placed my order in advance online and paid online. I ordered 1 Jetty Junior. This is unacceptable. Tropical Smoothie has lost my business.
The drink was good. Service was subpar. No smiles they acted like I was bothering them by being there. Definitely need better hospitality skills here

I've been here on four separate occasions and they're always screwing up my orders. Is there not a manager in this store to make sure orders are sent out correctly? I order a wrap with no ranch, I get ranch. They forget to put chips in my bag twice. Then I order a three cheese quesadilla and they put no chicken in it. I won't be back here.
