I had the chorizo tacos and nachos. All were amazing. The food truck is in the yard of Tenacity Brewing (old fire station). Had on tap root beer and had Ice Box brand ice cream bars for desserts. It appeared Tenacity had open mic night so we were entertained for the 2 hours we were there :) This was my first experience and I’ll be back for more!
When they first opened it was much better. Now it seems the prices have been raised and the quality is lacking.Their tacos are alright but the last couple times I've eaten them the shells aren't cooked properly and are floppy and soggy. If you're going to use corn tortillas, they need to be heated properly or they're just nasty. The chips and queso for $8 is a bit steep- I'd be fine paying this if the chips were fresh & homemade. The last two trips I've made here, I've gotten almost refrigerator cold tacos.
I'm not usually one to complain, but these aren't the cheapest tacos.
4 of the 8 I've ordered were terrible.
I'm not changing my ratings, though, in the hopes they'll see this and fix it through quality control.
