They continue to improve. This location wasn't great for a little bit, but they made some changes and they are really following through and working hard. We just had a delicious fresh lunch that was on point. 10/10

My experience at Wendy's on Hill rd was the worst! Please train your workers on Customer service with a upbeat attitude and try to make the customer feel great about their experience coming to your establishment. It was my first visit to this location. The person that took my order was not welcoming at all!! Proceeded to the window to pay... no acknowledgement, just a amount given to me in a dry tone. Hands me my bag and my change with no receipt and no thank you! I wanted to ask for my money back. But I said thank you to the young man and told him I would not be returning. As far as the food goes ,I gave it to a co worker. Coming from a customer service background(first job Wendy's Miller rd) I am disappointed. If you are having a bad day which we all have don't spread that energy to your customers.
Please do better Wendys!!

The nuggets were so hard at this location I couldn't even eat them. They were more like dried dog treats. The burger was ok but the nuggets almost ruined it for me.

Right at the end of the night before they closed, ryan and Emanuel were still in a good mood and made our food fresh and fast! Everything was perfect even though it was just 5 minutes to close. These guys deserve a raise!!!

They didn't put my sauce, lettuce, tomato, or crispy onions on my ghost pepper chicken sandwich which it includes, and did not pick up my phone call after trying 3 times. If you're closing for the night just tell the customer the stuff is put up before handing out their order because that's ridiculous to pay $11 for just a patty cheese and bun. I would have been better off getting the $1.79 chicken sandwich. And I ordered an hour before close, not 20 minutes or anything. Worst experience ever

Ordered online today and was very disappointed. The fries were old, likely dropped twice. The chicken sandwich was dry and old. One manager was cleaning a dryer and talking about how it's 2 other managers there. 3 managers on the same shift and the food was disgusting. I used my rewards points and still spent $38. Should've closed this one instead of the one on Bristol.
