Quintessential diner experience! We sat at the counter, listened to the oldies music, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast on our way out of town. Everyone working there was super nice. And I don’t think our coffee ever sipped below the halfway point before someone was refilling it.
Also, I’m a bacon snob and West Side’s bacon is perfection. Crisped to perfection! Also highly recommend the cinnamon french toast.

Your waitress just gave us a hard time about parking before we could even make it in and we only parked there to watch our equipment while we ate. There were many parking spots available. And gave us a snooty attitude.. we drove all the way across town to eat there .. don't think we will be eating there anymore with staff with an attitude .

10/22/24 we come here often, Today on the way home from Cataract surgery my husband wanted there sausage gravy and biscuits. He's absolutely crazy about them. I got the cheeseburger combo with fries, coleslaw and drink. The cook made a happy face on my bun with ketchup. Made my day, I smiled and took a picture of my ""happy meal""
