Not the YaYas I remember. The chicken is now jerky..dry and blackened - dipping it in the gravy only added slight moisture. The pita and hunny butter was still good - but had to ask for the butter as they forgot it. If you crave YaYas chicken - go somewhere else.

Every time I go here the inside is closed. I want to be able to sit down and eat. I didn’t know that was so hard to ask when every other location is open on the inside. They have a sign on the door that says the inside closes at 3pm and I went there the other day and the door was locked at 2:40pm. Along with the lettuce always looks not fresh and kind of brown. And the same goes for the location on Pierson road it is all brown lettuce and tastes strange..

Yaya's is NOT the same! The food quality and service at this location has deteriorated drastically over the years. Purchased a grilled chicken Cesar salad the other day 30 minutes after they opened. It was disgusting. The lettuce was warm and wilted and the chicken was hard and overcooked. Literally served me day-old (maybe 2-day old) food...All for almost $13. Never, ever again! I'd rather eat dried dog food.

We had a YaYa's in East Lansing that was always amazing. We miss it very much. So when we are in Flint, we try to go but it is not the same as what we had in EL.
I paid $12 for this! not a single peice of chicken and no answer when I try to call! This establishment is terrible! Sad sad people to screw hard working people over like this! The workers should be ashamed of themselves! They're lucky I had to be into work or I wouldve brought this into them I'm calling corporate as well!! Terrible! starving and have to go into work starving! Low lives! I was nothing but polite too. Bc I had to wait 7 minutes for this lovely box of $12 lettuce! And I was nice about it! I hope they go out of business! Since there wasn't another customer in sight! Probably due to it being ran by ugly jealous lowlife hood rat females.

PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS ~... HELL NO .! We went through the Drive-thru and they wanted a Tip..!✋️?? Also they DONT have their original YaYa's Ranch anymore..?.. DONT WASTE UR TIME...
First off we pulled up to the drive through and the workers were sitting on the curb, not yet going inside take our orders. Their attitude was poor and the inside of the restaurant looked gross. But against best judgment we continued to order, they gave me the wrong order and just put stuff on my chicken when I just asked for plain chicken and rice with bacon . Then getting home the food tasted so bad we threw it away after a few bites and went somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here or money just go somewhere else or a different yayas location

they took our order (two chicken and mash bowls. both with bacon and one spicy) at the speaker and told us to pull forward and then proceeded to ask us 4x what the correct order was and was getting confused about how we were explaining it. then the girl with the two long braids and a poor attitude walked away saying “that’s all i was asking” when we told her multiple times at the window as well as at the speaker. what’s so confusing about this simple order????? the food was good tho after we had to fight for it
