They need to be a little nicer and more professional when they’re showing clients how to do things. Ten out of ten would NOT recommend if you’re a business and need cleaning supplies and do it from them. Stuck up and rude employees.

For years I drove up and down Pierson Road smelling the coffee and never knew where it was coming from, and then a couple employees visited and told me about it, and now I'm locked in :)
No flavor. Only one of the six flavored coffees I ordered had any actual flavor. I emailed the company and the response I received was "sorry you didn't like our flavored coffee". PERIOD. Not only under- par coffee but also very poor customer service.
Won't buy again or recommend to others.

Their coffee is sooo good. Love Michigan Cherry, banana is amazing, hazelnut and Hawaiian coconut are soo good too. I know I’m missing more, but those are the ones that come off the top of my head. They are so delicious. Highly recommend.
