Ordered, was there within the time my order was done. Everything was cold. Almost like pizzas are pre-made and then just run through the oven. Flavor was poor. Not the cottage inn I remember. Hard pass.

Ordered 3 calzone. All 3 were perfect! Hot, fresh, correct sauces. As someone with food sensitivity/intolerances, it's nice when your food is right. Can't wait to order again.

Do not trust the online ordering! And the customer service for this location is horrible! If the order will not be delivered at the time quoted, then it should be updated to say such. I even called to confirm delivery times before ordering. And the food was cold.

This is what $58 bucks gets you, yes I’m pissed. I’m going google and yelp after this. Also. Salad should have grape tomatoes not these sloppy ass things.

You used to do the best blt pizza now no mayo? Supposed to have ranch drizzle. Nothing. Old and I mean gross looking cucumbers in my salad. More croutons and red onions than lettuce by far.

The only really edible thing was the pasta and wings. Plus 3% for using my card to pay. I’ve had it. I’m reviewing everyone from now on. Shame on you guys.

Pizza 40 minutes late. Called to complain only when the pizza arrived “stone” cold. Waited 8 more minutes on hold to have the manager(stated he was the General Manager) just to have him tell me that he could only refund half of the pizza price. I told him he could have his driver come and pick it up then. Of course, this time he was here in 5 minutes. I’m glad I didn’t eat any of their crappy pizza the manager probably would have charged me per bite, lol. Be wary if you order from this business! There are quite a few pizza options here in Flushing, MI. I ended up ordering from Hungry Howies. I’ve never had problems with any other pizza places around here. If anyone from Cottage Inn actually takes the time to reply, just know that they are full of crap!

We absolutely love Cottage Inn. I had a huge family reunion and we decided to do pizza and burgers. I highly HIGHLY suggest the Chicken Mediterranean with a garlic butter crust! We orders 30 pizza's and they were all so good! Very friendly staff and very patient. The pizza was a hit especially the garlic butter crust. We definitely will be back.

Ordered on the App last week 2 pizzas with chicken, they were nice enough to call me pretty quickly to tell me they were out of chicken. I had to just cancel my order as my kids wanted chicken, bacon, ranch. Figured I'd try again this week, put my order in on the app and an hour and 20 minutes later I get a call saying they had no ranch and haven't even got to my order yet when it was supposed to be already delivered. Will not be ordering there again.
