Hands down THE BEST I've ever had, even better than Greek Town in Detroit. I had the Lamb Haneeth and it was amazing! Called for the chef to tell him how good it was, and I've never done that before. Superb food!! Will be back FOR SURE!!

Amazing! Quality and quantity for your money. Best north of Detroit!!!
I can't rate the food because we gave up on the lack of service. Shibam was about half full. We walked in, sign said please wait to be seated. We waited and waited. After about 10 minutes we were told to sit wherever we wanted, so we sat...and waited. Server came up and said she had no menus, so please wait. Eventually we got menus. Eventually we got water. Eventually order taken. More waiting. The server, who was really working hard, kept saying she was sorry, but nothing happened. Eventually she brought a 6" plate of tabbouleh that was a salad for 2. No serving plates, no bread, no pita. We were about 45 minutes in and she asked if something was wrong. We explained and said we were leaving. Did not blame her, she was trying. We were excited to try the food, but probably won't get the chance. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.Other reviews mentioned the poor service. We should have listened. Back to Taboon in Grand Blanc.

What a fantastic place to have lunch/dinner. Great selection of dishes.
We haven't had the best luck with their service (waiting on drinks, forgotten orders, etc) but the food is phenomenal! We usually get lamb or chicken meals and have never been disappointed. As simple as it is, their basic items like rice, hummus, fatoush, or lemon soup are exceptional. The location is lovely, too. Highly recommend!

What amazing food; a must try in Flint; very tender lamb, smooth humus!!
First time eating at Shibam. Went in for a quick bite at lunch, and the service was very impersonal. The gyro was decent but cold, and the atmosphere was blah.
We love this place, glad to have found this gem.
