“My Girlfriends and I wanted to come support there little business and immediately got shot away when entering the building saying there's a 2 hours wait time....there was 2 people in the entire restaurant... shortly after they decided to let us order. The food was good, but when we got the bill there was an insane amount of upcharges....it was $32.00 for lettice, a Dixie cup of soup, and kids meal... Than after asking about the uncharges they were very rude...and still made me pay. There menues were very vague and didint say what was in any of the meals....Than there was a tiny sticker at the counter stating they upcharged there menu prices.... They like to offer things but don't tell you it's upcharges, so beware.... little disappointed and probably won't be back. Smh.“

“We love Zippy’s - so much that we actually burned ourselves out. Tonight, we were in the mood again. I noticed their chicken parm states ‘never frozen’ and baked fresh. I hate frozen chicken on my chicken parm, so I took the chance. It should say the pasta and sauce isn’t frozen but the 2 small chicken tenders are definitely frozen. Plus, they were tough. We added meat to the spaghetti so it was almost $18.00. For $2 more, I could’ve ordered Pestos and got freshly breaded. The description is very misleading & we wouldn’t get it again. Our pizza was also burned around the crust. We love the business and we love their pizza, but it seems like every where we go, we don’t get what we paid for & I’m tired of just not saying anything.“
