love the thick crust pizza
Absolutely terrible service. Told me 1 1/2 hr to delver to my hour which is 15 min away. I said no problem. Took 2 hour and 15 min to arrive at my house. No apologies from driver or when I called the store 2 hours after placing my order. So when I go to let it go open up the box and the pizza cold. YOU GUYS LOST A CUSTOMER. And this isn't the 1st time waiting this long.
Jets is great with the delicious Detroit style pizza and prompt delivery. Jack S is the friendliest and most courteous pizza delivery person ever! Thanks, Jack!
