I have always had amazing pizza at Jets and I am not sure if there is a new cook or not but our pizza we ordered was cooked so well done the sides were hard and pepperoni was burnt. When my husband called to let them know not to cook it so long for the next customer all the manager said was ok. We didn’t want anything out of the call but maybe better customer service on the phone or a sorry would have been acceptable. We are very disappointed with this location.

Everything I order from here my order gets messed up, I ordered a Large NY thin crust pizza and got a doughy Brooklyn style pizza. I even said something when I cashed out and the cashier acted like he didn't hear me and walked away. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

I generally order the same thing time and time again this was just terrible not just the pizza but the box smell like smoke was just horrible it was just a bad experience, I can never order jets again because of my rant. (Spit list) Just do a better job for the next family (don't take my word order food)
