Shawn is so unprofessional. My family’s jets bread was under cooked looked like the turbo crust was poured on too much by accident. This guy Shawn told me I was lying and this jets location makes all their food fresh. Please do not patronize this location until he is gone. Racist and rude, he kept over talking me and I have witnesses that were listening while all of this was taking place. Shawn was being very unethical and not professional. Please go to the Hill rd or Linden rd locations they’re always so kind and food is always fresh.

Had 3 bad experiences with the Flushing location. Pizzas were burnt, black, and charred all over. Asked for a remake. Had to wait 45min and refused to comp us for our extra wait time. Will NEVER come to this location again!

2 hours 30 minutes 2 phone calls asking about my food. Said they tried to deliver and nobody answered. Nobody tried to deliver anything. So y'all was just gonna keep my money and not call me. Now they are remaking it and sending it out. Called at 6 it is now 8:40. This is unacceptable. Will not order from here again. By the time we get food it will be everybodies bed time. Not good Jets not good. I should get free food and delivery at this point.

Super great Pizza.!! You can tell the ingredients are top notch and fresh. Customer service was outstanding too. Up sold me on some ranch dressing. Very good made daily

When my husband called to let them know not to cook it so long for the next customer all the manager said was ok. We didn’t want anything out of the call but maybe better customer service on the phone or a sorry would have been acceptable. We are very disappointed with this location.
