Never a good experience with Jets, but thought Hey let’s give em another shot. Nope. No communication, ordered traditional square, received round, ordered wings and salad. Salad brown and mushy and pizza/wings ice cold!!! This is THE absolute WORST place in town. So extremely disappointed

October 5 - Definitely the best pizza ever I had in United States since I moved in 2015. We have ordered many times from this place. Congratulations for who was working today! The best pizza ever! LOVE IT! I ordered the Chicken Barbecue and Supreme.

Shawn is so unprofessional. My family’s jets bread was under cooked looked like the turbo crust was poured on too much by accident. This guy Shawn told me I was lying and this jets location makes all their food fresh. Please do not patronize this location until he is gone. Racist and rude, he kept over talking me and I have witnesses that were listening while all of this was taking place. Shawn was being very unethical and not professional. Please go to the Hill rd or Linden rd locations they’re always so kind and food is always fresh.

I got a gluten free pizza for my husband. Only 3 items and it was $17.73. I was very disappointed at how small it was for the price. Dissatisfied.

Had 3 bad experiences with the Flushing location. Pizzas were burnt, black, and charred all over. Asked for a remake. Had to wait 45min and refused to comp us for our extra wait time. Will NEVER come to this location again!
