The owners a nice guy. The workers can't really handle more than two subs at a time or you'll wait a bit and may be passed up a few times. Edit: it's getting worse. Not even going to touch the sandwich.

While waiting for our food we watched the employee set our sub down on the counter with the registers with no paper or anything underneath. So our sub was touching the surface where they hand out change etc not the correct surface where food is prepared and then continued to put it in the toaster. I immediately nicely asked if they could remake that and his response was it’s cleaned.. gross to consider that cleaned.

Terrible service so called manager was very rude. My order was missing a brownie which he said they would replace that was fine. Later that evening at lunch time I seen my sub has horse radish which I don’t like so I called back up to the store and spoke to another manager and we realized online I must of forgot to put no horse radish but as a courtesy to a long time customer he gave me a 10$ store credit which I thought was fair and I appreciated the gesture. The next day my wife (which the first manager) was very rude to said he will only replace the brownie as if I lying or looking for free food. I called up there to see if we could resolve the issue but he just wanted to argue so I ended up with nothing but a headache. I will not do business with this location no and maybe just leave Jimmie John’s alone period.

I had a delivery driver gun it out of parking lot trying to go east on Linden and total my car. Gave me a slight concussion and caused all airbags to go off. Her front headlight collided with my back left door. She ran inside and had a co worker be a witness and say accident was my fault which it absolutely wasn’t. Went in to jimmy John’s to ask for owners number a day later to get video evidence of crash and manager refused to give me the number of building owners. Michigan is a no fault state so I’m not too devastated but to see the employees lie for her just because they work together and refusing to give me owners number is a complete injustice to me and solidified these people will go to any costs to screw me over just because they work together. To hell with this jimmy johns and not all but a couple of the workers. Also after accident she pulled her car back into jimmy johns and didn’t even check to see if I was okay for about 5 minute while I was in middle of road.

The male manager on duty today went ABOVE and beyond for customer service. The whole staff was very busy and everyone had a smile on their face. I will be back! 12/10 for customer service!

I placed a curbside pickup order and was a little disappointed. The tracking never updated so after I checked in I waited for a few, thinking my order just wasn’t ready yet. After seeing multiple employees standing talking to eachother I decided to just go in, and my order had just been sitting on the counter. Minor inconvenience, but then my sandwiches were kind of just thrown together and our drinks were very watered down. Just be sure to check in with the store if you order online.

Wishing people would have common sense. Not only did the delivery driver have to come to my apartment once but he had to come back 3 times… I wish he would have stayed long enough at my door to get his name but nope. He just knocked loud as possible and ran out the front door just to forget my drinks I ordered. Would not have been a big deal except for how he acted towards not only me but my boyfriend. We both had to tell him multiple times we did not receive everything we ordered. All we were told was oh well I can’t do anything about that call the store to get a refund. So I do that and they send driver again to come back with drinks, plural. Also did not receive refund. Then the next excuse well the drinks should be in your bag. Not only would the drinks not fit into the bag with 2 full size sandwiches and also 2 bags of chips, but there was no room. How would he have known that everything was in the bag unless he opened our stapled bag of food. I paid almost $40 for everything how ridiculous is it that I just wanted my drinks that were paid for.

Im not sure what happened to this establishment, but they have gone down hill in a very short amount of time they have been open. Last sub I got was scrimpy, meat was poorly spread out, a pinch of lettuce on 4 tiny tomatoes. The sub ingredients were almost not visible as it was 90% bun. Usually the food is good so I brushed it off and took my loss, but tried them again today and it was awful. The bread was hard as a rock, I could flick it and it sounded like cardboard. The meat was piled at one end and the rest of the ingredients were skimped again. After eating half, I found a giant hair folded into the meat at one end and that was literally the only good part of the sub. Sadly it went to the trash. Unfortunately this seems like how corporate places have become. Food is overpriced and quality only gets worse. When customers drive all the way up to your store and pay for food, they expect quality, but instead your cheaping out on things like lettuce which costs next to nothing. Stop ripping people off.

I went to get a sandwich from them and the cashier didn’t ask for rewards i had to provide it to them. Then I get sandwich with no bag, i had to ask for one. Get home sandwich wasn't cut in half like it usually is. Soon as i go to eat the sandwich there is a strand of black hair. Now my hair is brown. I call the restaurant they offer to either return get a new sandwich or be add to the oppsie list to get free sandwich in future. Please dont go to this jimmy johns save money
