While waiting for our food we watched the employee set our sub down on the counter with the registers with no paper or anything underneath. So our sub was touching the surface where they hand out change etc not the correct surface where food is prepared and then continued to put it in the toaster. I immediately nicely asked if they could remake that and his response was it’s cleaned.. gross to consider that cleaned.
The male manager on duty today went ABOVE and beyond for customer service. The whole staff was very busy and everyone had a smile on their face. I will be back! 12/10 for customer service!
5 out of 5 stars. The younger guy with facial hair who was working tonight is a great employee!! Really cares about the business, the product and the customer. Top notch experience here.
