I was an employee at this location for a couple years on and off. The only two good things about this place are the few nice employees that get treated terribly by everyone else on the bandwagon and the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. It's clean, when they actually decide to clean. Majority of the staff up front are rude and don't care about your food/if it's correct or when you get it. The management is no better either. Favoritism is a MAJOR problem when it comes to the employees. You'd better be in good graces with the GM or it's likely you'll get set up for being fired/told you quit as it happened to me and they kept the person who initially cause the issue. It's a cycle no person, employee, or customer should ever have to deal with. My advice to you as a customer is spend your money elsewhere and don't recommend anyone to apply because chances are they won't end up liking it and they won't feel appreciated or valued like people should.

This location often gets my drive through orders wrong and I don’t think that they realize what an inconvenience it is to have to come back and wait again for them to make it right. Also the manager here is not friendly and talks rudely to employees and customers in front of other people, if there was another location close by I would never patronize this one again. I do not like leaving bad reviews and always give as high a score as I can, but this is location is deserving of a poor rating. I hope that they get a new manager who will treat the customers and employees better. She is the top manager and does not deserve her position, I seen her belittle a employee in front of everyone so badly and he was not even doing anything wrong, he was just trying to help a customer. I hope he quit and went somewhere else to work that won’t humiliate him like that.
Flushing Michigan McDonald's is horrible my 4y old granddaughter was head to toe in little red aints, charged $for socks bc her socks were overwhelmed with these aints also had to be stripped down even in her underwear after getting her home still picking the red aints out of this little innocent 4y old babygirl!! Nothing done about this situation, as they never put into action to clean up the aints waiting overv2 hours and still nothing being taken care of with these aints! Now this innocent little girl is terrified to go into any place where there is a play place especially a McDonald's, how sad never even would get back to us corporate gave a phone #to an over seier named Thomson, 2 months later she finally emailed back saying there's nothing she will do about this incident? Shame on them for this 4y old had loved to go to McDonald's to play but now she refuses to go in to play, but now they will be speaking with our Attorneys, be aware of becoming a victim of child eating aints..

Flushing McDonald's is pretty good. They are fast, my order is correct, the only thing is lines are usually long at lunchtime so there is usually a wait.
FYI - SWARTZ CREEK McDonald's is THE WORST!

Do not go after 6pm. The staff stops giving a crap... my toddler's 4 piece nugget was a 3 piece nugget. I paid for a mcdouble which I did not receive. I paid for extra cheese on my filet o fish and did not receive it. Bun was not steamed either. I'm so sick of paying for things and not receiving it... Fast food is not cheap anymore and going back after you've already settled in for the night is not the solution for most, just get it right.
