Train your staff to do its job. Looking up a simple recipet isn’t that hard to do and also make sure you watch your mouths. people do record and your corporate office will be hearing about the incompetence at this location. i’m very kind to a point but i will light my head off when you fail to do your simple human job you CHOOSE to do. i’m completely sick and had to bring my self inside because of your incompetence. Having your staff yelling “she’s so mean” “Mean lady coming in” “watch out everyone” “she’s just trying to be cheap and get it free, told her no receipt no food” (we clearly had an order in our hand with ABSOLUTELY no receipt given to us because your bs staff can never even fill some paper) because YOU couldn’t tell us if we simply ordered a fry or your neglected to give it to us which we had NO PROBLEM paying for after your incompetence because we aren’t CHEAP like you SAID.

Just overall awful customer service. Called and asked if they could do pink whipped cream on a different shake they say yes then when I get there they tell me they don’t do that. Waste of gas and money will not be coming back to this location. Guy at the window was shaking his head rolling his eyes at my boyfriend the entire time we waited when we were nothing but nice.

Drive through. Order snack wraps double checked at payment window to make sure they were ranch snack wraps. Got home and had a big Mac and fries. Was not driving back to get correct order.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! The drive thru staff were friendly, the food was fresh, and the service was fast even during a busy time. My order was accurate! Definitely one of the better locations I’ve visited—I'll be coming back!
