This McDonald's looks newly renovated. Most of the seating is very low, hard for elderly and taller people. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the best I have had at a McDonald's. The seating area was freezing and drafty. Kn cold days, it is warmer to sit near the soda fountain machine and even warmer if in the closed room where the playplace is, though limited seating in the playplace room.

I am giving two stars because the play area has been reduced drastically compared to the pictures that are in the reviews. I brought my daughter here to play based on the pictures of what looked like a fun large play area. She was very disappointed. This is what the play area looks like now.

If anyone is driving for GrubHub and 6460 WEST pierson Rd flushing comes up as a McDonald's order, the address is 6460 E A S T Pierson Rd Flint MI Google maps WILL take u to the WAY WRONG place! I tried to edit the address but has been denied for sum such dumb shit ai reason but if enough people edit that address it will be fixed and it's like way far from each other not lmfao .... Grubhub drivers take a note it will make a 30 to 45 min diff in your delivery schedule... That is all... Have a great safe and warm day everyone!

Waited over 25 minutes for my order (1 meal, ordered ahead, curbside.) Called the store and they just told me they were really backed up. Everybody that went to the drive thru in front of me made it through a lot quicker.

They give you what you ask for it's always the bare minimum,fries are almost always salted ,they never add extra when asked and don't give you rewards during McDonald's events

Horrible service. The ONLY good staff member I've seen consistently is a Hijabi woman who works the drive thru. She wasn't working the drive thru and my service before all this was already awful. They took 3 car orders before accepting my mobile code at the other lane in the drive thru, and then I had an issue with my order. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully ever. The management at this location does not communicate with each other. I was promised over the phone a refund and then when I spent my gas coming up I was told I can't receive a refund at all by a different manager. Very rude and will not be returning. Do NOT go to this location.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have never had this bad of customer service. Management is rude and so unprofessional. Was promised a refund and when I got back to the store was told they could not do a refund! They need an overhaul with their employees. Fire them all and hire ALL new. Specifically management.
