This franchise owner...unlike any other local McDonald's...charge 80x for cup of ice with purchased meal, haggles you about using app discounts that NO OTHER STORE DOES, Has good customer service (employees get that credit), but he needs to work on his policies that don't match other McDonald's policies or values...penny pincher...you are making money as the Miller Rd Mickey D's dude!

The app is the biggest thing with the 15 minute wait even though I might need to do multiple orders (often when hanging with friends it's easier for one person to order for the group) though the service people have been rude a few times but those are mostly off days, one time they just didn't say anything to a friend when they ordered using a code though then when gotten to a window was told they had given tbe wrong code and that the person must have f-ed up and and...
