The ice cream here was really good — no complaints on the product itself. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We were genuinely curious about the “Golden Scooper” award (which we saw was for the hardest-working employee) and politely asked if that employee was working today. Instead of a friendly answer, a staff member named Audrey responded with a rude and snarky tone that caught us off guard. It really soured the experience. Great ice cream deserves great service to match — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during our visit.

Ice cream was good. The service was horrible the scooper named Aubrey was extremely rude we asked about the golden scooper of the month and asked if she was there to congratulate her and Aubrey gave us attitude and was just overall very disrespectful

I’ve been coming to this ice cream shop for over 40 years, and it’s still just as good as ever. Delicious ice cream, friendly service, and that small-town charm you can’t beat. A true Flushing gem!

Get the pineapple Dole whip 😋

Maybe post the correct times on google and google maps so you aren’t rude to your customers trying to support a small business. Will not be back again.

The screenshot is from google, which we looked at to try to ensure we would not go there if it was closed. We both work in the restaurant world, so we know exactly what it’s like when people come in close to closing time or even after close. However, we were treated disrespectfully and your response shows that. The person I was with has never been there before so needed a moment to look around (again before we knew it was actually closed). All you could of said was sorry we are closed and we would have left and came back when you truly were open. Instead you treated us very poorly and responded rudely.

This is locally owned business that operates late spring to fall with hand dipped ice cream shakes, malts, a few small tables inside and picnic area outside with benches. Great employer of HS students. A positive part of the town

Definitely decent place ! Good 🍨 but 7.00 for a dipped cone I'll pass! Place had good energy as well 😁 🙏
