Drove all the way to the store which says the close at 10 got there at 9:30 and open sign was off tried going through drive through said they were closed.
Jasmine was an amazing employee who was funny and very welcoming she served us a few times, and she did really well. we ordered the elite chicken bacon ranch. My cousin asked for extra ranch, and she didn't hold back that made his whole day. I also enjoyed my chicken bacon ranch sub it was very tasty 10/10, and I definitely am coming again - raven
They don’t ask what you want on your sandwich, rude servers. I’d just spend the extra 5min going somewhere else.
Honestly it should just close down, Ive tried to come in at 3,6,7:30 doesn't matter a time, door is closed and no sign on the door.... the open sign is always on though
I literally have gone here multiple times! I work right next door at the light n up and they are closed before they say they are supposed to be closed! Like today for example I walked over to get a drink and they are closed Jo kite on the door anything! The open sign is on.
I ordered 2 foot long subs online and they were the worst subs
we have ever had We will not be return to this locaton
Bullshit waited outside for nothing
I rarely do Google reviews, but wow. Whoever helped us from the drive though was awesome. Excellent and kind customer service. Best experience at a Subway, ever.

I placed an online order at 730. When I got there they were closed even though they were suppose to be opened. I called to get my money back and they said they couldn’t do anything. I have the proof on my app and they even admitted to leaving before then.

Just got my sub. Overpriced for crappy food but I was in a pinch, and it was the first restraint I seen while on the road and I had 8 hours ahead of me. First off I went in and the lady at the counter asked "what you want?" No small talk, no how are you, or anything like that. While the sandwich was toasting she asked if I wanted any chips or cookies. Due to the already quick service I said yes and got baked BBQ lays and 2 chocolate chip cookies. she already had the payment ready before the sandwich finished toasting and I hadn't even said what veggies I wanted. I told her what I wanted and, BAM! MY SANDWICH WAS ALREADY DONE! she was all done before I even had my card ready. This was due to the fact that no small talk done even asking how my day was. I gave a big tip and left. Her saying "have a good day," was the most I got out of her personal life. Also due to the fact she wasn't distracted by small talk the sandwich was great. With $16 I could probably make 10 of them but due to the power of minimal conversation it was amazing. Would 10/10 recommend.

Don't go through the drive thru. Better yet just go to a different subway. The Pierson Rd location is a joke. The drive thru is closed half the time and if you're not in the store to watch your sandwich being made, there's a very good chance it'll be wrong. Just brought my husband's sub home and there was about a tablespoon of tuna on each 6in., with the wrong toppings. I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally refuse to go back to this location. I tried calling several times with no answer. Prices are insane as it is...I won't make the mistake of giving them my money again.
Location is always closed or closing early. I arrived around 3:15 pm on Tuesday and the lobby was closed with the door locked and only the drive thru available. The hours listed online & on the store doors do not reflect the actual store hours. I know the restaurant is short staffed, but this has been an ongoing issue. Obviously there is a problem with the manager’s ability to retain employees. I can only assume they’re operating at a loss, so I won’t be surprised when this location is shut down.

Great food when the place is open, it’s doesn’t matter what time you go to that place when it says it’s open there’s nobody there working. I’m new to the area and that’s the second time that’s happened to me so I won’t be going back there
