Had me waiting for 20 minutes because they didn't have big cheese it's, refused to refund or substitute item, then wanted to cancel my order entirely, refusing to make it and Then finally they proceed to serve me old and rotten smelling food that I'm pretty sure they spit in. They were otherwise very rude, employees are definitely only there for a paycheck. Deplorable location with even worse service

Flushing, MI Taco Bell is always fast service and hot food! I order a substitution and everytime it's right!
The app hasn't worked right in a couple months. The first time I used it with zero problem, and haven't been able to order a thing with it since. I go to taco bell a lot, but this app has made my experience not great. I also HATE AND CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH H-A-T-E that I go inside the restaurant and have to use a kiosk to order. If I wanted to do that I'd use the app, oh wait... I can't because it doesnt work. It's crap that there is NO service in the Yum brands anymore, it's all automated. The price keeps going up but the overall experience has been in the toilet for a while. For what it cost me and my husband to have dinner at taco bell, I can literally go sit down at a restaurant with a server and get not only better quality food, but customer service as well. $30 for 2 adults to eat, I can literally eat almost ANYWHERE in my town for that price, what makes me want to go to taco bell?

Great food, great employees, food tastes better than any other taco bell ive ever had! This restaurant should get recognized the BBB for outstanding workmanship. Good job people!!!

Honestly the slowest taco bell I’ve ever been to. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I even got to the speaker for a web pickup.Told them my name, then had to sit for another 5 minutes for them to “check it in”. After the 5 minutes passed, came back to the speaker “Sorry for the wait, what can I get for you?”. Still had to check in the order. The car in front of me ordered at least $50 worth of food, got the free taco coupons for the wait & an apology because they were short staffed. Pulled up to the window, tried to hand me the wrong drinks & then just the bag of food. While driving away, I proceeded to see 3 of their workers just sitting outside on a smoke break. No offense but if you’re that busy, seems like a smoke break could wait until after the rush like most other places.
