Teta's Grill Lebanese Cuisine

My Girlfriends and I wanted to come support there little business and immediately got shot away when entering the building saying there's a 2 hours wait time....there was 2 people in the entire restaurant... shortly after they decided to let us order. The food was good, but when we got the bill there was an insane amount of upcharges....it was $32.00 for lettice, a Dixie cup of soup, and kids meal... Than after asking about the uncharges they were very rude...and still made me pay. There menues were very vague and didint say what was in any of the meals....Than there was a tiny sticker at the counter stating they upcharged there menu prices.... They like to offer things but don't tell you it's upcharges, so beware.... little disappointed and probably won't be back. Smh.

We get food from you guys here and there. We do not visit enough, and I do not know why. You have the most authentic Middle Eastern food around and it always brings me back to my Teta's cooking. I decided to leave this review today because I was extremely grumpy and hungry and my partner picked me up a lunch from Teta's today and it just made me so happy and made my day that much better. The food is consistently amazing and everyone who works there is always happy and consistently awesome. Thank you for taking so much pride in the cleanliness of the restaurant, providing a happy atmosphere for your workers, and for creating amazing food that brings back great memories with every bite.

Always friendly and super clean when we go in there! The food is amazing and they separate foods if you need gluten free/vegan! If you get the chance definitely give it a try! 10/10 highly recommend.

Customer service is poor the owner is disrespectful and aggressive with women, it was my first time ordering and I would never go back again, check your order at the restaurant because items were added to the bill charged for it but you won’t get items, the takeout server kept 17$ tip to herself and never gave us a receipt. When we called back to see how much our food cost we were treated badly, noting we were overcharged

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit here, this is a clean little place that emphasizes customer service.

The customer service was fantastic, they were so nice and enthusiastic about welcoming us to their business for the first time. The food came out quicker than expected and tasted extremely fresh and delicious! Despite it being a smaller restaurant, it was such a welcoming and well decorated place. Will definitely be coming again!

It's a tiny building so I thought they would have online ordering/take out. I hate calling to place orders so I ended up dining elsewhere even though when I saw this cool little place I wanted to try.

I was in the area and wanted something fairly quick that wasn't fast food junk. I've never had Lebanese before, so I was a little nervous. But, the two people I talked to (maybe one was the owner?) were warm, welcoming and very helpful. As someone from the south and spoiled by southern hospitality, I haven't found a lot of places here that exude great customer service. These people seem wonderful and like they truly care.
I got the chicken shawarma and a side of (vegan!) fries - while I learned that I'm not crazy about shawarma, I could tell that the tomato, chicken and everything was fresh. I definitely want to come back again for a date night and try more things on the menu. :)
