i just called to confirm if they accept app coupons and the manager was extremely rude and told me corporate makes bad decisions and they are a franchise. then she hung up on me. i will NEVER go back to this location. she should be FIRED!
Couldn't even order. Smelled like sewage and everything was a mess. Went at 930am. Breakfast menus weren't turned over. Worker was rude. Other employees were rude. Bathrooms destroyed. Closer lobby door was locked but Google says it opens at 630am.
Waited in line for 50 minutes at 3pm on a Sunday. No one was in the drive through except us. Food was cold, they didn't have hairnets on, and they messed up our order. I'm VERY disappointed. Also the employees were very rude.

Honestly, food is not that bad. The manager was the sweetest woman. I give them some leniency because they’re usually pretty busy. I think the speaker needs to be fixed or something though because I always order something and for some reason it isn’t on my order. Like the employee doesn’t put it in. I truly think they just don’t hear me and I’m pretty loud. I also never get a receipt. My biggest complaint is that the soda ALWAYS tastes watered down so I get a sweet tea instead but there is never any consistency on how the tea tastes :(
I was very disappointed today with my dinner
1) was ordering a burger off the menu, and the employee could not figure out what it was ( told them over 3 times what it was). I get being new, but it was frustrating
2) we paid but never got my change back until I asked about why my bill was higher
3) I ordered nuggets, got charged for a chicken sandwich ( got the sandwich, but wanted nuggets)
4) The sandwich cost more than the nuggets ( they did give me the difference back in price)
5) After telling them I wanted nuggets, it took a very long time to get someone to give them to me ( got told they were not put in the system, I get that, but why?)
6) There were no lids in the dining room, I went up front to get a lid ( got told they ran out) and did get my lid after that
I never got an apology
It just seemed like they really did not care
We were the only ones in the dining room at the time
I never write reviews, by the way
Maybe we caught them on an off day, but it was overall just a frustrating experience
Fast and hot food. Drive through are friendly
Worst wendys ever ..... workers here are very lazy and slow ....... stood at counter for 20 mins, and not one person would take my order with 5 employees behind the counter ........ finally left and went to mcdonalds across the street.
Awesome Sauce, the crispy spicy chicken sandwich was great! Everything about it was just perfect.

5 workers more catered to drive thru; personal conversations about a lawsuit of some sort; just need more training; cashier has a 3 feet head wrap handing; and people cooking no hairnets🤢

Everytime I'm here I have to pull to the side wait ten plus mins. Deal with shitty attitudes. And not to mention the staff are nasty. Edit I called their complaint line and nothing happened of course. Very nasty staff
You will literally sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you their speed is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I come here I think maybe the wait last time was a one time thing but it is every time. I come here for my lunch break and by time I wait in the Drive-Thru and get my food I am not even able to eat it. To put into perspective exactly how long it really takes I did this entire review while waiting in the Drive-Thru and not moving
Every time I drive in its a 10-15 minute wait in line, just to get to the speaker and be told to wait another 10 minutes... when/if you get food, the bread is stale.. just not worth it.
