Placed an mobile order...no cars in line. Waiting at menu for a while as I watch 3 men outside smoking and talking. Finally one guy walks in then finally asks for my order. Sorry didn't mean to interrupt your conversation with your coworkers. Bad attitude on top of all. Then like always they ask me to pull out of line and they will bring out my order. There is no one in line. I know you want to keep your tickets times low but do your job then!!!!!! EVERY TIME AT PEIRSON RD LOCATION!!!

Terrible!! No lettuce, no tomato, no pickle and my frostys were actually like water! Fries were gross! This is the second time I've had a bad experience and will not be back!

Was told to pull to the side till my foods ready. Food never came. I waited 20 min and only that long because I had food for 4 ppl at the office. I then went inside to see what's going on and waited 8 minutes with no line and nobody manning the register. So, i left and did a charge back. Im writing this review immediately after so you can see the time on the receipt pic i took.

Nice bathroom
The Wendy's hamburgers in flint was not as good as the Wendy's in mt. Pleasant (the one near the soaring eagle casino).why is that ? Also the fries weren't that good in flint either. AGAIN WHY IS THAT ?.

I think one star is even being too generous. This place always gets the food wrong it’s like they have idiots working that can’t read a simple order. Used doordash and they got order wrong twice. Not sure how it’s even possible. Legit idiots don’t go here, send your business elsewhere

Restaurantji Recommends
I sat for over 20 minutes at the drive thru window after ordering when an employee finally came up. They had to ask what I ordered. I told him and he disappeared for awhile. A different employee came up, asked what I ordered and disappeared.
I left. Never did the get the food. Which is honestly fine because I could see employees in the back, all on their phones, which is a health code violation in a kitchen.
It was for a single hamburger and a 6-piece nugget, that’s it lol.

The manager Robin and employee authur were so friendly and nice. Very patient with me and took time to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. Great job Wendy's in hiring these guys. They were just awesome 👍👍👍

Is going on, but you need to staff appropriately! When I finally got to the ordering screen it was 10 minutes and I finally said hello and they finally answered to take my order. I was not even greeted when I pulled up to the ordering screen, it was silence until I spoke. No greeting when I got to the window to pay either. No apologies for the wait. Worst customer service I have ever received. The CEO needs to make a trip to this store or this location needs to close. Someone needs to respond and make this right.
