Terrible service. The store hours listed say that the restaurant opens AT 10:00am. The lady didn’t even arrive until 10, then told me she needed a half hour to warm the equipment up. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do PRIOR to opening?! When I mentioned this to her, she gave me quite the attitude and responded with “whatever. it’s the policy”. So the policy is to be late and then make your customers wait until 10:30 when you open at 10:00? If that’s the case, they need to change their hours of operation. I mean.. don’t all businesses require their employees to arrive early, prior to opening for this exact reason? Maybe I’m wrong, but in my experience, employees are to arrive early for prepping purposes. I’ve never had to wait post-opening to order food at any other fast food restaurant. People don’t have time to sit around and wait on a professional business to get their ish together. ??♀️The food is great, but the service, customer service and atmosphere is terrible. I won’t be coming back to this location again. The Lexington location has better service, friendlier employees and a much better atmosphere. Oh, and they open when they’re supposed without making their customers wait an extra half hour so they can prep. Had I known that I would have to wait until 10:30 for the Fort Gratiot location to open up, I would have just waited at the Lexington location. Smh.

Located inside a gas station, so a little tiny A&W, but very clean and neat and friendly service!I liked the decor.$7 for two simple burgers, not sure of their names (I found the menu confusing)

Parking: It’s an A&W in a gas station usually you can find parking easily.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all level and you can roll in or roll up to the food counter there are booths to sit at or you can take food to go.

Not sure if it is poor management and training, or the employee was high out of her mind. The food was amazing, but I was missing two items, my pop was given with a dome lid due to the 8 inches of foam on top. And the employee didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves.This employee was very sweet and apologetic though. Hope better management is provided for this team.
