You need to go here again...This place is definitely going back to one of our regular stops. Lots of renovations, beautiful soup and salad bar, all the favorites on the menu, very attentive and everyone is super nice. You can definitely tell someone is caring. Great job everyone!!!

It is Christmas eve. The place was filling up and one of the waitresses had a poor attitude. We did not stay to eat there. Complained that people were seating themselves but there was no one seating customers. There was no sign on the podium but there was one on the door that was not prominent. We will not return.

Her name is Ann.

I walked in to only get soup. My girlfriend is at home sick. Just before she fell asleep she said she wanted soup. Since we are just moving into this place we have no soup. Where do you go for the best Broccoli and cheese soup? that's right, Big Boy. When I explained my situation, Ann asked if I'd mind if she put a little shredded cheese on top. Not only was she quick to fill my order, but she talked with me. Ann has a lot of animals. She wanted to take the time to show me pictures of her beautiful animals. Ann held a smile the entire time. That tells me Ann lofes her job. Today's experience was an absolutes 5 star experience.

We had a great meal. I ordered the strawberry waffles and my boyfriend got some kind of blockbuster meal. We both really enjoyed our food. It was hot and quick and our waitress was very prompt and polite! Prices weren’t bad!

Seated quickly. Drinks came quickly. Mt dew was out apparently, and they couldnt change it to get us a decent one. Asked for Pepsi and it didn't taste right either. Wanted fish and chips and they were out of fish, on a Friday night at 5pm... Spouses onion rings were over cooked dry and so hard they were not edible. Never cleared any finished dishes away as family members finished, never asked if we needed drink refills. The only time the waitress came back to the table was to bring the bill.

We arrived ~an hour and a half before closing, so 6:30. The first sign was the lack of lemons for an iced tea. Secondly, when we ordered, our waitress told us the salad bar had closed. Mind you, this was over an hour before closing time. Thirdly and most disappointing: I had ordered the loaded mac and cheese, which is specifically stated on the menu to be CAVATAPPI in a creamy cheese sauce, served with a roll. Half an hour later, when we finally get our meals, what do I receive? KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE. This is unacceptable, I do not care if it’s winter time. Any self-respecting restaurant should know better than to serve their customers the equivalent of burnt horse carcass on a plate. We ended up paying 30 dollars for a water, an iced tea, a wrap + fries, and one box of kraft mac and cheese, which we could’ve gotten in store for $1.50. Embarrassing.

Brocolli soup was barely warm, it wasnt even warm enough to melt the cold cheese. Biscuits and Gravy where cold. The biscuits tasted like theyve been sitting for a month and the gravy was from a can. You could literally taste the tim like it was expired. My over medium eggs and bacon where cold and I had to spit out the bacon because you could taste that it was bad. The fat on the bacon was green!!!! The manager got an attitude when i started telling him how bad his food is. Tried telling me the biscuits were made fresh 🤮🤮. Oh and let's not forget they burned the bacon so they could try to hide the facts its rotten.
I will NEVER eat at this gross place again.
Why does it seem like the guy from the Marine City Big Boy works at this one 🤔 😳. And let's not forget the lazy waitresses. Not once did she offer refills on our drinks or see how we were until the other people were almost done eating. She didnt even know the manager was at our table. The worst service ever

Terrible service. Not unkind but we didn’t even get waited on, never checked on or received refills. It took forever to receive our food as well and they messed it up so we had to wait for it to be remade after the fact. I will be choosing a different location next time.

Ordered the famous Big Boy double decker burger, it had way too much sauce on it and was under cooked. It fell apart in my hand, I had to eat it with a fork. Our server was great.

I give this restaurant five plus stars. We actually got breakfast for dinner. It was by far the best tasting pancake we have ever eaten and I got the potato pancakes which was absolutely fantastic. The waitress was sweet as pie. You can tell she's been a waitress for 54 years. She was excellent and even the coffee we had decaf was so tasty. Five plus stars everyday. Wish it was closer to my house because we would be coming here often
