We always ordered the Munchi since about 1983 ...yes the old Cheap Charleys on Kraft rd / 24th ave , but it used better ribs and chicken (the large chicken pcs are almost all fat , but usually the smaller ends are better) please buy better meats even if cost goes up slightly otherwise thank you for keeping the resturaunt open ,good job ...the pizza is excellent !!!

We haven't been here for a while I'm happy that me and my wife has returned to cheap Charlie's it's a very pleasant and friendly wait staff the food was excellent I would recommend anyone to come here for there breakfast or lunch or dinner either way it's all good ty u all for welcoming us back we enjoy being here and many more returns ty again

The food was okay the kitchen messed up one of my dad’s food he wanted mashed potatoes with butter not gravy but they put gravy on it anyways and he asked for apple sauce the server Brittany told him they don’t do that anymore and my dad didn’t know if he got regular fries cause they got pepper on them the waitress Brittany replied with a snarky comment saying that’s regular fries and didn’t know popcorn was served as a appetizer

We got two dinners of 3 beef tacos with beans and rice. Felt safe ordering that. With NO exaggeration at all, the tacos were ice cold. I mean like they just came out of a very cold fridge! The beans had no seasoning and were tasteless. The rice was more like mush and tasted like puke!! NOTHING was hot!!! It was disgusting.

We were giving molded menus and when I brought it up to management I was giving excuses on how drinks sweat I have worked in the food industry for a very long time and that was just not alright. Menus shod be cleaned

The free popcorn appetizer was stale. So stale it was hard to chew. When we ordered food 2 of my family members’ sides of coleslaw was forgotten, and we were charged extra for a side of ranch that came with the chicken. I ordered the New York Strip with a side of sweet potato and broccoli. The broccoli wasn’t seasoned, the sweet potato was okay, and the steak was unevenly cooked and fatty. Issues were fixed, but it was problem after problem.
