We showed up at 4pm on Monday not knowing that it closes at that time. Another couple parked next to us and went in. It took my wife and I a couple minutes to get Mom and her walker out of the car, we went to the door and it was locked. The other couple was admitted, no one even came out to state that they were closing and not allowing any other customers. We only found out after we pulled on the door and found it locked

I've been going there since it opened at the original location. it WAS always great! Not yesterday, the CC sticks weren't as good, the CC baked was oily and tasted strange, and the shrimp was over battered with oily mushy batter. I cannot believe how disgusting and bad the food was! Last time I'll be there, sad...

We always ordered the Munchi since about 1983 ...yes the old Cheap Charleys on Kraft rd / 24th ave , but it used better ribs and chicken (the large chicken pcs are almost all fat , but usually the smaller ends are better) please buy better meats even if cost goes up slightly otherwise thank you for keeping the resturaunt open ,good job ...the pizza is excellent !!!

We haven't been here for a while I'm happy that me and my wife has returned to cheap Charlie's it's a very pleasant and friendly wait staff the food was excellent I would recommend anyone to come here for there breakfast or lunch or dinner either way it's all good ty u all for welcoming us back we enjoy being here and many more returns ty again
The food was okay the kitchen messed up one of my dad’s food he wanted mashed potatoes with butter not gravy but they put gravy on it anyways and he asked for apple sauce the server Brittany told him they don’t do that anymore and my dad didn’t know if he got regular fries cause they got pepper on them the waitress Brittany replied with a snarky comment saying that’s regular fries and didn’t know popcorn was served as a appetizer

We got two dinners of 3 beef tacos with beans and rice. Felt safe ordering that. With NO exaggeration at all, the tacos were ice cold. I mean like they just came out of a very cold fridge! The beans had no seasoning and were tasteless. The rice was more like mush and tasted like puke!! NOTHING was hot!!! It was disgusting.
