Iāve had a horrible experience here a few years ago that has made me weary about coming back. But let me tell you, they have 100000% redeemed themselves time and time again. Iāve been here multiple times in the last year and each time the food and service has been impeccable. Today just topped the cake with the service Joyce provided for my family of 6 today. She gave us all the tips for saving money on their deals they have each week for kids meals with us having such a big family. She also went above and beyond to make sure the kids food was cut smaller right from the kitchen so we werenāt stressing about it ourselves. Itās the little things like that that make a customers experience memorable.
Also, the last time I was here we got drinks and I had their Long Island flight and chose three different flavors and they were AMAZING. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered dinner for take out, after working a long shift. 2 steak dinners, one with coleslaw and one with a side salad, and 2 orders of smothered cc sticks. After waiting 30 mins past the time I was told to pick up they walked out with all my food shoved into one bag. As I was walking out to my car I noticed a puddle of liquid on the bottom of the bag. I turned around and went back in to have my food put in another bag. They did the exact same thing, shoving 4 dinner sized to go boxes a small salad box and a coleslaw in one bag, smashing the boxes even more. I paid $72 to have most of my food ruined to the point of it being un edible. The ranch smothered cc sticks were in a puddle of steak juices. The coleslaw was completely split open and all over everything. My steak was smothered in onions and mushrooms, despite me not ordering it that way (huge dislike for mushrooms) after calling and speaking to a manager I was assured I would receive a portion of my charge back. I have not. So we basically paid $72 to throw away all but the steaks. No compensation. No correction. Just an empty promise of making it right. I understand it was Valentines day, I understand they were busy, but cramming 2 bags worth of food into one is unacceptable. They are Styrofoam containers they are clearly going to get smashed. Lets use some common sense. Expensive lesson learned. Cheap Charlie's does NOT care about their customers

Manager was disrespectful right when she came over because our salad had the dressing on it and not on the side like it always is. Waiter was doing just fine and was fixing issue but manager wants to get loud and argue with me over the salad and proceeded to call her ābossā and say we need to leave sounds like terrible customer service and will never be back

My go-to place in Port Huron. Great food, and Chelsea was an excellent server. Also very reasonably priced for the portions. Will definitely be back the next time Iām in the area!
Ordered the seafood platter...the fries were terrible. It almost seemed like they were leftover from someone else's plate. The fish and shrimp were very blah. Tasted like they haven't changed the oil in a long time. Will not ever go there again

Ordered two AUC fish dinners. The fish was just ok. Cod was very greasy. The baked potato was definitely a leftover from another day. It arrived cold and dried out. Had waitress take it back and was given the same potato heated up. Could only eat the top half as the bottom was burned and very dry. The French fries on the other order seemed reheated too. Not crispy and very dried out. Not worth the $14.95 per meal. Waitress did her job but didnāt engage in a welcoming manner. Wonāt be back. Itās a shameā¦ used to be the best place in town for many years.

We really like this cool place. The onion rings are the best I've had. Tuna melt was delicious as was the jalapeno burger. Loved the popcorn 'appetizer ' too! I'd recommend this place to everyone!
