I walked into Chick-fil-A today. I’m a pharmaceutical representative and I normally go through the Catering but because of the holiday weekend, I was not able to contact anyone in the catering for this location. I ordered 22 meals. Nine salads 10 Chick-fil-A number one meals Four 12 piece nugget meals And three 12 grilled nugget meals. The young lady who took my order was delightful very kind and nice. I asked for a special request that they all put in to be put into individual bags just as if I had ordered one at a time because I wanted to lay them out of the table at my meeting so each individual person could have their own meal. It was a very impressive Chick-fil-A display for my customers who loved it I applaud The for Gratiot Location, including the manager, and I wish I remembered her name that she was more than accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. I did this thing similar last week through the Flint store and unfortunately they would not package each individual meal for me so I had to sit in my car with 17 individual bags and all the french fries were pile on top of each other. It was a huge mess that I had to put together 17 meals which took me probably 20 minutes would’ve been so easy to just pack it how they normally pack it, but they refuse to do it. Hooray for Gratiot and I will continue to support and spend a lot of money in your restaurant. Thank you so much.

This place is unique. Good food. Just make sure you get everything you order. There is always an order of fries or one sandwich missing when we order drive though. Otherwise, good.
