Went to dunkin today, ordered an espresso and it came out super light with goo on top… like what in the actual hell was that??? not even close to what i ordered. espresso is supposed to be dark. the sugar cookie iced coffee i also got came out darker than the espresso?? make it make sense. told the workers it didn’t taste right and they said “what’s wrong with it” do u see the color?? literally watery, light, and gooey on top. They said “we’re in training” but literally everyone there was training. so no one could make it right! then why are u making drinks u don’t know how to make?? it’s simple directions. They said no refunds. i don’t wanna drink something made with hate after asking for a remake. I hate even asking that. this is the only dunkin near me too. now i gotta drive 1.5 hrs just for a drink. i’m so over it.

this dunkin' location is awful. i’m going back to starbucks, where they actually train their workers to make the drinks. this is the color my drink is now (see left photo). the photo on the right is how it’s supposed to look. dunkin’ isn’t reliable for coffee; they just add whatever they want to your drink and clearly don’t know what they’re doing. i’m so mad! i miss my drink and haven’t had it right in forever. usually, it was made correctly every monday, but not anymore. they must have switched workers or something. everyone in there needs to be fired. it’s not that hard to make a drink correctly; if you don’t know how, just follow the directions! i’m done wasting my money there if my coffee is just going to taste nothing like what i ordered.

i dislike this location personally because they never make the drinks the same and its a gamble even coming here. its annoying this is the only location near me…… the drinks are always too watery or just taste bad in general but when they are made right its the best drink ive ever had. i would ask them to remake the drink and they would make it right!?, so why could they not make it right the first time??. the men workers usually never make the drinks right. this location is not reliable for coffee.

Coffee etc is good but the guy working the drive thru was very unprofessional, we asked for a minute at the drive thru and he exasperated; said oh my god ok. Regardless if a customer needs a minute or not it was very unprofessional. We in fact did not order and left. August 23rd, 2025
