Jersey Mike's Subs

This is a very inviting sub shop, that offers freshly cut meat subs and bowls.
The District Manager was there and he was so friendly and jovial! The subs were made to perfection and packed nicely so we could take them back over the border.
Everything is fresh and displayed very nicely. Watching them make your sub and adding your own items as they go, is a bonus.
This is a very clean restaurant and the washrooms were well kept.
Do yourself a flavour and check them out! Fort Gratiot!

So much for no onions...

This place was great when it first open then quality starts going down. Starting with high employee turnovers, unsanitary practices like wiping dirty counters with dirty clothes just before making my subs, or making subs so fast that you get cross contamination between subs. They use to make subs on paper wrapper but the teenagers they hire don't bother to follow food safety guidelines. These are all things I've witness, and waiting a few years before ordering again doesn't seem to change things. My recent order had other ingredients in it that I didn't order, and the bread was day old and they can't say otherwise because the top of the bread crust crumbled when I touched it, it was hard as a rock! Switching back to subway and/or Jimmy Johns. PLEASE don't offer a reply of contacting you for a replacement etc..I don't need some teenager with a vengeance spitting in my replacement sub!

Never received my delivery order that I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s app. Was told by the store that I had to contact DoorDash myself to figure out where my order was. I asked if I could get another order sent out since I did not receive my food to which I was told no they would not do that. Then I asked if I could get the order refunded since I never received it and was also told no they could not do that. So my question is since your business did not deliver my food that I paid for and you can’t refund me why would I ever order from you again? The answer is I won’t. Jimmy John’s is who I will be calling in the future. You aren’t the only sub shop is town and now are the last one I will be calling.

Go here all the time. Plus I have a rewards account and they send me deals and coupons all the time.. Don't let the price scare you either. I'm Boston born and raised and I'll tell first hand, this is the best place to go, for authentic North - East Coast style subs.. Highly recommend the roast beef. Can't get a good beef (typically warm on onion roll with sauce and mayo) anywhere out here, but Jersey Mike's roast beef are the next closest thing. Beef melts in your mouth it's so soft. We always get take out then go down by the water and watch the Great Lakes freighters troll by.

Bread was so much better tasting than other sub restaurants. The steak was juicy and quite flavorful. Seemed high priced to me but after checking other similar places it was right on par pricewise and far exceeded them in flavor
