Love this place!! Just went here to get a sandwich to go and it was unbelievably fast!! Don’t think I was in the building for more than 2 minutes total ordering paying and getting my sandwich. On the rare occasions I have had to wait or decided to eat there, the seating is comfortable and tables are kept clean. They even have poetry on the wall to read but you probably will t have time to read it you’ll be out of there with your sandwich so fast. The bathroom is clean and well kept and the staff are friendly. Best sandwich place around if you need something cheap and fast

Ordered a sub on the app for delivery, when it was almost an hour I called to find out what was taking so long and if my sub was sitting there the whole time, when I got the manager he was very rude and unprofessional, laughed at me over the phone a couple times and belittled me for not tipping on the app, I tip at the door and it’s not his business if it’s at door or on app. Filed a corporate complaint on this matter due to his childish antics on the phone. Did not receive my food or money back, do not go here!!!

To the person working today that insisted on my having a cookie 🍪 after a small mistake was made with my order.
That giant cookie made my six year olds whole day when I picked her up from school.

Ordered toasted chicken bacon ranch….. no chicken no bacon
Ordered 4 sandwiches and all 4 were made wrong. Cashier seemed in a bad mood, like he didnt want to be there. Also was wearing ear buds. One kid just wanted meat and cheese but also got mayo and tomatoes (when we had it remade had to tell them three more times just meat and cheese). Other kid didnt want tomatoes, but got them. Ordered an ultimate Italian with no tomatoes (said it 3 times) and got tomatoes. Italian was requested with no Italian dressing, and yep, it had Italian dressing.
Not a good experience, but food was decent.

We had to repeat the details of our order multiple times, as if the staff member was not listening.

Constantly runs out of bread hours before closing. Occasionally they run to the other Jimmy John's and get bread from them but usually just cancel your order. Not sure why they even exist if they can't serve customers for their entire hours of operation. I could understand maybe 30 mins or so, but we are talking hours!

Got 2 subs. One was totally the wrong order and had an item on the sandwich my gf could not have. They also put tomato on mine after asking for none, thankfully I’m not allergic. Was a real bummer when we got to the beach.

Not impressed! Second time here in a LONG time, and it hasn't changed. First order the bread is barely cooked now and as white as a ghost, im assuming this is purposely done so the bread doesn't get overcooked if someone orders a toasted sub. But this undercooked bread taste like garbage if you order a cold sub. But my biggest complaint is why they no longer make the sandwiches on the paper wrapper instead of a dirty unsanitary counter??? Not only is this unsanitary but is very dangerous if someone has allergies, and even if someone doesn't have food allergies, you have food cross contamination which can cause food poisoning, which has happen to me which is why I stopped coming here, and started to go to Jersey Mike but now they no longer make their subs on paper wrappers, and if you ask for it too be made on paper you get a snotty attitude. Well let me tell you kids who work here, without US (the customers) you would be out of a job or your hours cut, so I suggest you get a better attitude when your serving your customers.
