Literally the WORST jimmy johns in town. Not once, not twice, but 5 TIMES have they either messed up my order or forgotten something from it. Do not go to this one, do yourself the favor and go to the South End.

I would not leave a review normally but this store only has one driver still. So be prepared to wait 30 minutes for them to even send your food out to deliver. Not sure why they don’t hire another driver.

i placed an online order at 8:30pm and never received the notification that claimed it was done and ready for pickup. i went to get it and they said they threw it away because they close at 9. if i would’ve gotten the notification, that they entered it as done maybe i would’ve known. never had this problem at any other location. i literally love jimmy johns so it really disappoints me.

Went on a Saturday at noon and was told they were out of bread! A sandwich shop with no bread?!?
Not freaky fast. Spent 15 minutes making catering boxes, while customers stood around waiting for their orders. Need to do catering on another line.

I was given a gift card for Jimmy John's. I have never had Jimmy John's before and I don't think I'll be returning. The food was pretty good but the service was lacking dramatically. With my gift card. I ate here 2 days in a row for lunch. Yesterday and today .The same girl waited on me at the cash register as both days. I tried to hand her my gift card and she pointed over at the credit card machine and says I have to do it there. I made a comment that it didn't work yesterday and thought she'd want to type it in as needed again today. I scanned it on the credit card machine as she requested and of course it didn't work. So I handed it to her again. She got all pissy and was frustrated because she had to type the numbers in for the gift card. Huffed and puffed in was very sharp with the register that they had. I used everything that was on my gift card and with the way she acted because she had to type a number in I don't think I'd be returning. I hope she didn't give this kind of service to other people. And personally I thought it was unprofessional that she had an earbud in while she is working. As a customer makes us feel as though you only get half of her attention. When it comes to comparing the sub that I got, although they don't have as many options as Subway, I am very thankful that they put more meat on there than Subway does. The food was good.
