Don’t order in the morning. Bread is hard as a rock. Called and asked for them to please remake. The video attached is the second go around. And that’s why I’ve gone months and months without ordering from them. Waste of $35!!

Ordered online 2 hours before lunch. 30 mins after delivery time still no order. I called the location, they had to call the driver to find out where my order was. After 15 min on hold, I hung up. I called back and got a different person and I explained why I was calling again. Turns out it was the driver that answered the phone. I asked what had happened to my order. He said we will remake it and send it. I asked again, what happened? He stated " That isn't really important is it"? I told him to cancel the order. I then asked to speak with a manager. His reply was "no thank you" and he hung up. I drove to the location. Spoke with a young man in charge, explained what happened, and asked what could be done about it. He said we already did the refund. No other suggestions, no apology, nothing. I then filled out a survey online and asked to be contacted by the location. 3 emails and 2 weeks later, still no contact That tells me this location does not care at all about what happened and approves of the poor customer service that was given. I went to Jersey Mike's which is 1.5 miles away and had a great sub.

Did an order through the Jimmy John's app at 10:30am. wanted it delivered at 12:45p for lunch. At 1:15pm no sub. I pulled up the app and it shows that the delivery was made. I called the store. They started checking, then they needed to call the delivery guy, because he had my sandwich. After 10min on hold I hung up and called back. New person answers the phone, I explain what happened. I asked if they got in touch with the delivery guy. He was the delivery guy. I asked what happened. He said "that isn't really important is it, we will remake your order." I didn't want this guy anywhere near my food. I asked to cancel the order, he said he would and it will take 3 to 5 days (due to debit card). Fine, can I speak with a supervisor please? He said "No thanks" and hung up on me. I then left work and drove to the shop. I spoke with a supervisor, nothing done except me getting a receipt for the refund. Lousy customer service. NO APOLOGY, NO OFFER TO CORRECT. I went a mile down the road to Jersey Mikes, and got my lunch.

pathetic sub I just received they said sorry it was late because they were closing and it's full of pepper.. I can't even eat this thing. what a waste of money! I should take it tomorrow and give it to whoever made it!!

Publicly refused an employee bereavement for a funeral and fired him. They also give more bread than the ingredients they put on it. You can't justify spending nearly $10 on a sub there anymore.
