Food was AMAZING. However, I came through, drive through was empty… I pull up place my order. Pull to the window, the women was very polite, took my money, got my change then nicely asks me to pull forward, “4 minute wait on fries” still no one behind me, but I pulled forward. Several cars came in and out, over 12 minutes later my order gets brought to me. Usually, go to fast food, to get FAST food. Expensive for fast food that is not fast.

They always have people pull up and wait for the food, So if you're in a rush don't bother.
My order is not correct the majority of the time either. Such as the chicken bowl, if I ask for no corn I get corn anyway. Every. Single. Time I order from here, parts of my order is missing.
I won't use the drive through anymore, only going in so I can be sure my order is right and I have everything.
They don't issue refunds either, or answer the phone.

I ordered the barbecue wings they said it was gonna be a 10 minute wait I said cool no problem got home. The wings were not done. I called back and asked. Can I return them and could they give me some more the young lady who answer the phone was very rude and said we put them on an eight minute timer. The wings are done. You gotta eat them like that..I said wow you don’t have to be so rude but I’m letting you know that you can get sick from eating chicken that’s not cook completely & the rude young lady replied it’s your problem not mine.

The cashier was clueless. She didn't give me my order for dine-in. She messed up another customer's order completely. The chicken was not cooked all the way through. The mashed potatoes tasted sour. The mac and cheese was barely warm. I won't be going back as this was not the first time I've been unhappy with them.

Someone stole our order, then had a problem with refund.It had to be through app. Online order. They had to remake food higher price, 2 dollars more. Had to pay again before refund. Got home and missing nuggets. Still no refund. Basically paid 2 times. No honey in store. Bad set up for pickup.
I ordered from long john silver, same location. Food was made fresh with a smile. Great staff and yummy food. Highly recommend

Waited for almost 30 mins for mobile order. Wasted my whole lunch waiting. Finally, ready, the girl doesn't even hand it to me but puts it in the pick-up area even though I'm standing right there. Went to go sit down and saw they put the nasty floor mats on the booth seat. And I guarantee they won't clean the seats after.
Sit down to eat and 0 napkins 0 utensils and my fries were so hard they were un edible. Thankfully they were free reward but still. I should have complained and got a fresh batch but I unfortunately wasted my whole lunch period waiting for the meal.
