Someone stole our order, then had a problem with refund.It had to be through app. Online order. They had to remake food higher price, 2 dollars more. Had to pay again before refund. Got home and missing nuggets. Still no refund. Basically paid 2 times. No honey in store. Bad set up for pickup.

Waited for almost 30 mins for mobile order. Wasted my whole lunch waiting. Finally, ready, the girl doesn't even hand it to me but puts it in the pick-up area even though I'm standing right there. Went to go sit down and saw they put the nasty floor mats on the booth seat. And I guarantee they won't clean the seats after.
Sit down to eat and 0 napkins 0 utensils and my fries were so hard they were un edible. Thankfully they were free reward but still. I should have complained and got a fresh batch but I unfortunately wasted my whole lunch period waiting for the meal.

The food is good, but the service is not the best. I never get a receipt, didn't get sauce, and never get straws. They always have people pull up and wait for the food, So if you're in a rush don't bother.
My order is not correct the majority of the time either. Such as the chicken bowl, if I ask for no corn I get corn anyway. I wouldn't use the drive through anymore, only going in so I can be sure my order is right and I have everything. They don't issue refunds either. 5⭐/15⭐ rating

My 85 year old mom, loves KFC, on Saturday 12/07/2024 I went to the store, went inside to pick it up, I was the only one in line. Someone in back said can someone get the customer at the counter 3 different times! But Noone came or even said anything to me. After 10 full minutes I said can some one take my order. I placed my order waiting another 10 minutes before getting the chicken. Took it to my mom's "on the same street less then two miles " Opened the food and found broken biscuits, and Chicken that was the worst I have ever gotten from any KFC, The breading was falling off and full of grease.
Once again my order was wrong and once again I tried calling to give the chance to make it right and again no answer or reply. What a joke

Got robbed of a bbq sauce packet, no receipt either... assumed side came with fries and a side but did not get fries. I should have made sure to get fries and took the extra time making sure I knew what I was getting... Paying for it would not have been a problem...

They don't close until 10pm but don't try to buy chicken at 830pm, they won't make anymore So for 90 minutes a chicken place won't sell chicken before closing. Completely unimpressed by their business model.
