The food is good, but the service is not the best. I never get a receipt, didn't get sauce, and never get straws. They always have people pull up and wait for the food, So if you're in a rush don't bother.
My order is not correct the majority of the time either. Such as the chicken bowl, if I ask for no corn I get corn anyway. I wouldn't use the drive through anymore, only going in so I can be sure my order is right and I have everything. They don't issue refunds either. 5⭐/15⭐ rating

My 85 year old mom, loves KFC, on Saturday 12/07/2024 I went to the store, went inside to pick it up, I was the only one in line. Someone in back said can someone get the customer at the counter 3 different times! But Noone came or even said anything to me. After 10 full minutes I said can some one take my order. I placed my order waiting another 10 minutes before getting the chicken. Took it to my mom's "on the same street less then two miles " Opened the food and found broken biscuits, and Chicken that was the worst I have ever gotten from any KFC, The breading was falling off and full of grease.

Got robbed of a bbq sauce packet, no receipt either... assumed side came with fries and a side but did not get fries. I should have made sure to get fries and took the extra time making sure I knew what I was getting... Paying for it would not have been a problem...

They don't close until 10pm but don't try to buy chicken at 830pm, they won't make anymore So for 90 minutes a chicken place won't sell chicken before closing. Completely unimpressed by their business model.
And another no for Fort Gratiot and Port Huron definitely a mistake moving out this direction. Every single thing out here is very less than par.

The staff is nice and kind but the food and drinks are not good. I ordered sprite and it tasted like they watered it down and I barely tasted the sprite. The food I ordered was a chicken sandwich and fries and brownies. The chicken sandwich was really good and so was the fries and brownies. I don't know about you but I like chewing ice after I drink my drink so when I was chewing my ice and I felt something and it looked like it plastic. So I don't recommend coming here.
