My 85 year old mom, loves KFC, on Saturday 12/07/2024 I went to the store, went inside to pick it up, I was the only one in line. Someone in back said can someone get the customer at the counter 3 different times! But Noone came or even said anything to me. After 10 full minutes I said can some one take my order. I placed my order waiting another 10 minutes before getting the chicken. Took it to my mom's "on the same street less then two miles " Opened the food and found broken biscuits, and Chicken that was the worst I have ever gotten from any KFC, The breading was falling off and full of grease.

Got robbed of a bbq sauce packet, no receipt either... assumed side came with fries and a side but did not get fries. I should have made sure to get fries and took the extra time making sure I knew what I was getting... Paying for it would not have been a problem...

They don't close until 10pm but don't try to buy chicken at 830pm, they won't make anymore So for 90 minutes a chicken place won't sell chicken before closing. Completely unimpressed by their business model.

The staff is nice and kind but the food and drinks are not good. I ordered sprite and it tasted like they watered it down and I barely tasted the sprite. The food I ordered was a chicken sandwich and fries and brownies. The chicken sandwich was really good and so was the fries and brownies. I don't know about you but I like chewing ice after I drink my drink so when I was chewing my ice and I felt something and it looked like it plastic. So I don't recommend coming here.
How can you have a line of cars outside and a line of people inside and not even pay attention to the front desk

Stopped in for a famous bowl and a tender meal. Stated multiple times no corn in the famous bowl. Has extra corn. Not sure if this is a joke or just not caring. Thanks for wasting my money KFC

Got a 12 pcs. Faimly meal and recived 6!! Drumsticks! No wings 1 breast , 1/2 breast chopped up something, and 3 what looked like Pigeon thighs.Over cooked and dried out.And the place needs cleaning..See the manager tomorrow.Stand by!Up date...Talked to the manager. She did what she could to make it right and gave me a discount on an additional meal that I purchased. It was night and day better than the first mess they sold me.But you shouldn't have to go through everything before you leave the restaurant and see what chicken your getting..
Employees were neither friendly nor unfriendly.Went through drive through, had to "pull forward" took over 5 minutes to get my food.Chicken was over done, DARK brown and dry. Hush puppies were under done.I will not go back
