***SHOUTOUT TO LOGAN for good customer service on 11/19/25 and 11/21/25 Food is usually decent, can't complain for the price. Store is too small for people to wait in, it can get packed in there like sardines.

They have a sign up to where they “won’t take anything bigger then a $20.” I’ve NEVER heard of a business not taking cash. Kid tells me “yeah we have too otherwise our registers won’t have change” Your registers would have proper change, if you planned correctly. And if your managers did their job instead of just posting a sign. I managed a fast food restaurant for years, never had an issue. Especially at rush time.THEN AFTER I run back to my car to get the $20 come back, pay, he tells me I have a wait on the Italian cheese bread. Since I already paid, guess I’ll wait. 10 minutes later tries to give me the wrong order. “Oh I musta hit the wrong button” Wait 5 more minutes FINALLY get my order which I thought would be “hot and ready” and there’s butter smeared all over the Italian cheese bread box. I will not be visiting again. Other places will GLADLY take my cash. And let me know if there is a wait BEFORE payment. I would have gladly waited if I would have been informed ahead of payment but being told AFTER, on items that are advertised to ALWAYS be hot and ready is absurd. VERY VERY unprofessional.

I’ve had little ceasars many times and I’m a big fan of their crazy bread but for whatever reason 3/3 times I’ve had the crazy bread from this specific one it has been very dry and there’s no seasoning on it. If you like the crazy bread I would recommend going to a different little Cesar’s

Don’t bother going if you have a gift card. Reader didn’t work and apparently there is no way to punch in the numbers on a gift card anymore, according to the manager. Had no intentions of coming up with a solution, just said guess it’s not working.
Then don’t do gift cards if your store can’t accept the gift cards.

There is no seating... when you order from the pizza portal sometimes they don't put your pizza in even when it is done if it says it is done on your app then ask an employee and they will bring it out for you normally... has a side note we ordered two pizzas with crazy crust and they only gave us one pizza with crazy crust this was only one time and normally the service is great.
Picked it up for the family. The love that pretzel crust!

Pizza was not as I ordered. When I went back to try to get the right pizza, I was told I was wrong and staff tried to hand me a pizza that had been sitting for 10 minutes in the box at room temperature because somebody else hadn’t picked up their order. Customer is always right (even if you don’t think they are). Cleary this isn’t taught during training here. Will be disputing charge because it was clear to me I wasn’t getting a refund or a new pizza.

This is one of the nicer locations. The service was friendly and fast. The place looked clean also. I'm just not a fan of there pizza even though I buy them sometimes.
