Mgr on duty was rude yelling at staff food was undercooked wrong food was given and tea expired 2 days ago...the mgr told me she made it this morning and that her crew forgot to change the sticker....which ik was a complete lie tea was bitter n had a film

Good customer service, needs cleaned. Wiping off tables with random napkins after people leave.. needs improvement with teaching employees to sanitize the eating area.

Went on a Friday night, wait was a bit long (15-20min) on the LJS food was really salty.

Chicken was horrible, asked for 2thighs and 2 legs, got 3thighs one which was very small and burnt and one burnt wing, this was a 4 piece deal, didn't get my biscuits had to go back, and had asked for condiments and napkins had to go back for them, imagine a fried chicken place and you have to ask for napkins? This KFC in Fort Gratiot SUCKS!!!

Got a large order for a party. They had everything ready when I picked it up. Food was hot and fresh. Employees were very helpful.
