I have been going every week just to get the bowl with firecracker shrimp and beef…. Which is just a promotional ordeal.. if you go in and get your food you always can see what you’re getting… That’s the key!!!! This last time tho I was told this is going to be it for this firecracker beef and shrimp so I didn’t get as much shrimp or beef but it’s still my favorite… the staff and the manager were very friendly!!!!

Wonderful new customer experience. My server Avery and the rest of the team were helpful and shared with me their favorites. The food was all fresh. Could see them cooking everything. I'm glad to have gone there and will definitely become a regular customer

Ordered the family feast. Teriyaki chicken is always a problem, first you have to actually ask for the teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken. The other problem is even when you ask for it THEY STILL DON'T GIVE IT TO YOU. ... From the multiple 1 star reviews I can assess this location is basically crap. This is the last time I'll spend my hard earned money at this place.

Went through the drive through. Ordered a plate with orange chicken and sesame chicken and fried rice. Decided to switch the orange to more sesame. Employee somehow misunderstood and added a bowl with sesame chicken. I asked my partner “why is she saying bowl we didn’t order that?” We told her no we wanted to change the original order that we wanted the plate no bowl and she said “so why did you say bowl?” When we told her we never said bowl she proceeded to argue with us continuously and then said “okay so then you can just go bye!” We drive off and her and the other employees gawking at us through the windows. I have been here many many times and never have I received such terrible customer service. There was no reason for all of that she could’ve just recognized it as a misunderstanding and removed the bowl but wanted to argue instead.

10/15/2024 whoever Is working the drive through at 11:40am was as rude as can be and should be fired! Didn't even get my food and had to leave the drive through. 2 ORANGE CHICKEN BOWLS WITH A SM SIIDE OF KUNG POW was to difficult of an order and i was making there life hard. Would not recommend thus place to anyone.
