The employees are always super nice. Whenever we travel here from Canada we HAVE to come or else our visit isn't complete. Love their teriyaki chicken + beef broccoli!!

Don’t come to this location if you wanna be blamed for them not hearing your order correctly and giving you the wrong thing then getting hung up on and told it’s your fault and you paid for it so that’s what you get. Real professional ?

The food is okay but they really need to fix their drive through speaker, it has a feedback delay that induces the choral effect when speaking into it.

First time trying Panda Express. It’s the same kinda vibe as Manchu wok if you’re from Canada. They offer a good selection of sides & they were all decent. It’s about what you’d expect for a fast food Chinese place. The big hit for us was the rangoons as we don’t have them at most places in Canada so we enjoyed them. The noodles were just okay just like they are at most places like this. For sides we got the orange chicken which was delicious. Pepper beef & crispy beef. Both were also really good too.The service was also fantastic! The girl working was super helpful and patient with us!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.They will forget half of an $80 order and suggest that you drive up to pick up a focked up delivery. It defeats the purpose entirely.

I visited the Fort Gratiot, Michigan Panda Express and experienced several disappointments. The restaurant consistently closes earlier than their posted time, leaving customers frustrated. Portion sizes are consistently smaller than expected, and the food quality often falls short—old and oily.Adding to the dissatisfaction, they refuse to prepare food within an hour of closing, locking doors and turning away customers prematurely. Forgetfulness seems to be a recurring issue, with frequent omissions of ordered items. This has led to a decline in community support, turning initial excitement into disappointment and resentment.Given these concerns, I'll be opting for the Chesterfield Panda Express, as the Fort Gratiot location has left a lot to be desired, making it hard to enjoy the experience or the food.Kid-friendliness: Not kid or family friendly. Staff is always rude and treats you like an inconvenience.

I don’t understand why I pay over 40$ for a family meal including extras … for my entrees to never reach the rim like my chow mein or super greens . Super confusing . ?
