The Subway itself is non descript and unassuming. The team behind the counter is one of the best in the country. I won't even eat at the Subway on the south side of Port Huron.The parking lot is in shambles and pulling in and out makes me fear a collision but once inside I actually feel welcomed and cared about. I have never been poisoned due to cross contamination and with the track record of a typical Subway that's impressive.Even new employees are clearly being taught well enough that I don't have my common trepidation over service and safety.I expect to come here many times in the future.Dietary restrictions: Meat allergies so I have the Tuna. The team is great at keeping my food safe. The safest Subway I've ever been to and I've eaten at Subway's in over 30 states.

Ya know I kind of like this one. I mean it's a subway but it has more of an intimate little layout. Otherwise service was good They were fully staffedBut it's subway and brings everything that comes with that Parking lot leaves much to be desired. Small and cramped.

A “Nightmare” T

I've ordered the great garlic twice now and it never comes with bacon. So there's only two possibilities, you either never have bacon which I doubt or the staff actually doesn't know how to make their own subs. I am paying $3 more for a signature sub that's missing a whole protein. Twice now. Apparently I need to come in and watch you make food like I'm your parents to make sure you do it right. So don't order online. Make sure these little ones have thr supervision they need when making your food.

Just brutal. Worst Subway I've ever been to, and that's saying something. The two ladies behind the counter on Labor Day were just terrible. The lady making my 2 very easy sandwiches asked me on 6 occasions if I wanted it toasted. The answer was always no. She stared at me blankly every time I asked for another ingredient to be added. If drug screening happened, they would probably lose their employees. It took over 30 minutes to get my 2 sandwiches, and there were only 2 people in front of me.

Order food online. Showed up to pick it up doors were locked. Drove around the drive-thru guy asked her it was for doordash I said no online order gave him my name he gave me my three subs of only one was right two were supposed to be meatball but they had like two pieces of salami on them and a piece of ham nothing else. The guy looked cracked out and dirty. Haven't gone to the subway for 2 years and now I remember why. 24th Street Subway is the worst place I've ever been.

Had an amazing experience here! Subway your employee Mike went the extra mile. I mean, what a guy slide my points card, and he realized I could get double my order with coupons. I didn't have to cook dinner for the whole family. You rock Mike. Thank you so much for just being an amazing human ❤️

Food always tastes great from this location.This is about my credit card. We left it there the other evening and were searching frantically the next day for it, called and gave my info and they had placed it in the safe. Kudos to Vicky the Manager and her coworkers. Thank You so very much for asking for my ID and taking the time to ensure my card was safe. It's nice to know that folks took the time to safe guard my card and piece of mind.????

Every location is disappointing, it seems.Online food orders say ready because the restaurant confirms. Yet you arrive for pickup only to wait because they haven't filled the order yet.Vegetarian options: Just say hold the meats.There is a veggie sub too.
