Over the years toco bell has slowly established its self as my favorite fast food restaurant. With that being said it would not take much for me to leave one of these establishments a happy customer. Unfortunately for me I stopped at the fort gratiot location. Not only could I not understand the woman taking my order, but she got every single thing I ordered wrong. Everything. And upon mentioning at the windows this is not what I ordered she proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Now normally this would just be an inconvenience and now I'd be eating something I didn't like but after spending 58$ 🙃 when what I wanted should have been no more then 28$ (I order this alot) but every single item in the bag had raw tomatoes on it and I am highly allergic. Please save yourself the time and travel a little further to Wadhams toco bell.

I've been a many Taco Bells, and this one was the ONLY one that managed to make a simple Bean Burrito properly! Employees were cool, food was made super fast and properly. This one rocks, lol.

Went tonight and got my usual zero sugar Baja blast because I’m diabetic well I got it and something was off about a hour later my phone was going off because my sugar skyrocketed turns out they gave me regular Baja blast not cool

Every time I come here my food is cold! Then finally I come in one day and complain and the kid says we know it's cold but it's our policy to give it to you like that and that he could only make fresh if someone comes back in and complains about it. I work hard for my money n then I get attitude from staff because I ask for what I paid for and they actually have to do some work smh. If I could rate 0, I would. South end is way better and more friendly!

Orders are no longer taken by a person in the restaurant and portions were undersized. Bring back staff and actually serve a proper portion. Will be boycotting until they actually bring staff back. Also couldn't get a paper copy of receipt - only email and texting provided asb receipt options. Very disappointed.

The worst Taco Bell everything on the menu discontinued even though it's all lit up rude dude in the window false advertisements of food that's not available waste of a drive

Everyone is always polite, but the speed and quality is just not there anymore. Prices are insane anyway.

My family and I went through the drive thru. We ordered meals that came with large drinks. When I tried to point this out, the man, (who I now know is Michael T, and he is an assistant manager) he got angry. Then my food came and Michael became aggressive with me when I pointed out that I was missing some of the food I ordered. I had to pull over and go inside. The young lady behind the counter gave me a couple coupons and apologized for Michael’s behavior. Do better Taco Bell. This man has no business waiting on customers, let alone managing others. So disappointing. My 4 kids in the car were not impressed.

Horrible every time I ever have went they get my order wrong they put stuff on it that I always say do not put on it they have like no training no customer service skills just nothing they're just horrible

My 75-year-old mother and I went through the drive-thru and experienced extremely rude and unprofessional service. The level of customer service is severely lacking, and the manager’s behavior was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Honestly, I would receive better treatment from my pets. It’s clear that management would benefit from customer service training to improve their professionalism and interactions with customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
