I ordered a chicken cantina bowl no guacamole or tomato they still added it I asked them to fix it and they told me I still have to take it. After refusing to take the wrong thing they scooped it out still being all over the inside of my bowl and tomato’s still in it and wouldn’t remake it after their mistake. I get the same exact thing every time I go to Taco Bell. Was not a pleasant experience and waited 20 mins in the drive through.

When I went here the kitchen was really filthy & a employee had a old dirty shop vac sitting on the food prep station. I didn't get anything. I do not recommend eating here.

Taco Bell Port Huron has gone Kiosk only! I will not use the Kiosk so that Taco Bell can save money by not employing someone to take my order! Billion dollar corporation and you can't pay someone to take my order!? This is unacceptable and I will boycott Taco Bell unless they allow customers to order their meal from a human being who deserves a job and a decent wage! I'm very angry!
I ordered at the kiosk and selected cash. I stood at the counter for five minutes before any employee acknowledged my presence. When an employee finally asked me if I was paying cash, I said yes. They walked away and then back to her station. Want to teach someone how not to give customer service, come here.
