I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this place leaves much to be desired. Every time I I stop into this place, I feel like a ghost. No acknowledgment, no one saying, “I’ll be with you in a moment” etc. The last couple times I was in there, I stood at the counter for 5+ minutes before being helped or acknowledged. It happened a third time the other day and I just left. Not sure what the malfunction is here but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I LOVE THESE BARISTAS. I am not from the area, I live on the east side of the state and had to travel to the west side for some volunteer work and I stopped in here, Sophie and Brian are the SWEETEST. On my way back to the east side I made sure I went out of my way to stop here again. They made me feel so comfortable and seen. As a former barista of 3 years working both at biggby and Starbucks, this customer service was the best I’ve ever had. They are very genuine people. They made sure my drink was exactly right. I get an iced coffee and they wanted to make sure the color was exactly right for me though I didn’t even mention anything about the color. (Iced coffee drinkers know what I mean) and when I came back, different baristas helped me and they did the same thing. I hope they all get raises in the near future. Please tip your baristas and show them so much love, they deal with so much crap for such minimum pay and they show up to make OUR DAY. Thank you to my Biggby Baristas, love y’all.

This location is the best! The folks that work here are so nice and patient!! I always forget the names of the coffees, and they’re so patient with me! lol! I love this place! If the power is out or I need a change of scenery, sometimes I pop in and work here for an hour or so. They’re always soooo nice !

Biggby is the best tasting coffee to me of all chain coffee establishments. At this location in particular the staff is always very nice however the 3 people they normally have are incredibly slow. It's typical to spend 20 minutes or longer for a coffee at this specific biggby. Delicious options and very nice but SLOW every time. My favorite drinks are the butterbear, sweet tooth special, jack o latern latte, and caramel apple cider. The maple waffle breakfast sandwich is the best food item they offer, but it's limited time availability is unfortunate.

I just love my Biggby ? Their menu is decent and they have such a large variety of items, drinks and beverages. The atmosphere is spectacular and it’s never overcrowded. Only on Tuesdays do they have a happy hour. I believe it’s from 2 to 4pm and we get maybe 50% off…. I think… The staff is awesome. They’re always quite friendly and professional.
