So today I got two drinks, and a sandwich at first everything was great walking in I start to order. I know my drink is a bit complicated but I’ve never had problems till now. I asked for a blue razz fusion mocktail frozen with boba and NO coconut , I got a cream freeze blue razz with coco nut. I proceeded to ask are you sure those are mine they don’t look right. I get a quick “yep” and turn away I’m still polite and say thanks! But my hands are clearly full already. No offer for a drink carrier or nothing and while they are in my arms I’m already spilling them all over me. Trying to get to my car I drop one. I spent almost 30 dollars to be ignored about it all aswell. Didn’t matter if I dropped it or if they were incorrect. I was completely in the wrong I guess but 30 dollars wasted and all I was trying to do was get my boss and I a pick me up and instead I got a stomach ache and a bad experience.

At the Fowlerville, Michigan Location, Biggby on my way home from work exhausted with a hour drive Home. Right before closing, about 6:50 PM this past Sunday. I had the most perfect cappuccino that was ever made for me. The espresso wasn’t too Bitter. The perfect amount of foam not too much not too little. It was a beautiful clean white foam. If more barista’s would clean every single Container/utensil that is used to make specialty coffee like this barista did. Every Specialty coffee would be perfect for everyone! And the only reason why I know this is why the cappuccino was perfect. It’s because I watched one other barista and a Biggby in Okemos do this in training and I noticed the big difference in the taste!!!! I rarely ever get this, and I am the type of person who frequents Starbucks and Biggby’s on a daily basis sometimes twice a day, and because my job requires me to travel throughout the state of Michigan I have only had a Perfect, beautiful tasting cappuccino twice. Bravo to the barista who gave me my cappuccino on Sunday, you are awesome!!!❤️
Everytime my daughter and I come here we are treated so nice, all of the staff is very kind. Their lemon muffins are absolutely delicious along with all of their other fun drinks.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this place leaves much to be desired. Every time I I stop into this place, I feel like a ghost. No acknowledgment, no one saying, “I’ll be with you in a moment” etc. The last couple times I was in there, I stood at the counter for 5+ minutes before being helped or acknowledged. It happened a third time the other day and I just left. Not sure what the malfunction is here but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
