It’s so disappointing. What usually takes 5 minutes in williamston biggby takes 30 at Fowlerville. Can’t even take wrapper off the cheese. The staff doesn’t even know what’s going on. Incompetent.

I would give 10 stars if i could! I don't know where they find their employees but they are the best most amazing people! I have been going to this location for around 10 years I don't think I have ever had poor service or encountered a grumpy employee. They are the kindest most friendly staff ALL THE TIME!

Good coffe takes time. Not too much time. But i usually wait about 5 minutes from order to coffee. Not bad at all. This location has a good amount of business in the mornings. Meaning the coffee stays fresh. Definatly will always recommend Bigbys anywhere.

I love their Mocha Carmel Latte and their Everything Bagel sandwich with turkey, cheese, and cream cheese. Their blueberry muffins aren't bad either. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee inside as well as a drive through.

I stopped through the driveway of this location and had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel who made sure to ask what the right about of oat milk in my drink was and asked about my day. She was so friendly and kind. If there were more people like her, the world would be a better place.

Today was the last time I will visit this Biggby. They are always EXTREMELY slow but today I waited 35 min for a coffee. And there were only 4 cars in front of us! So practically 10 min per order? I can’t do it anymore, that is absolutely ridiculous. The prices are insane as well.

Biggby is by far the best coffee chain in the midwest. But this location in particular out does themselves. this is the only location where I was even reminded I can swipe my Biggby card to earn points towards a free coffee. I have had super energetic staff who actually seemed to like their job every time I have come through here. This is my new Biggby location whenever I'm on my way to school or work, If I need to this will be my first choice in a study spot. the crew is the best here, perfect spot to start your day off with a good cup of Joe. If I could I would truly give them a higher rating but yelp max's you out at perfect, doesn't let you rate them as better then perfect :(
