Don't head on over to this rip off joint. We went last night and I got a slushie. It tasted like frozen, rusty, tin can, and yes I know what that tastes like. My friend got a heath mix up but there must have been a mix up because there were only about 6 pieces of anything mixed in with the vanilla ice cream. When I went back and stated that the slushie didn't taste good and could I get another, she said, "sorry, you have to pay for it and you have to get back into that "long" line." Managers rules!! Let me guess, the 16 yr old is the manager? They are so hard up that they can't even afford to hand out some more water with ice and some flavoring to make a customer happy? I said that social media is an ugly place, and she laughed. I am fed up with paying for something that I don't get!
Don't go to this ice cream shop. The manager Sucks!🥶🫤😲

I called to see what non dairy and frozen yogurt flavors they had before making the 30 min round trip out there had an extremely rude teenage boy answer the phone not answer my questions then procede to say I'm busy I have customers k bye. Well you just lost one for good will not be back! He needs serious retraining on how to answer the phone and provide customer service because that was ridiculous.

Great ice cream but the staff they have working this summer are extremely rude.
Called to ask about the frozen yogurt to make sure they had it available(we've gone before and they didn't) and was told 'I have customers!' before I could even ask a question, then when I did ask a question, it was never answered, the reply was 'I'm busy' then they hung up.
I understand they have people in front of them but if you're that busy why'd you pick up the phone? Just to be rude?
