Pizza is really good usually. I would have given them 4 stars based on the other times I ordered. Unfortunately i feel like I got the runaround this time. the premium gourmet pizza I ordered (the southerner) had steak on it that was identical in flavor and shape to regular ground beef. They need to inform the customer that the “steak” is just like ground beef.

Called and placed an order for two slabs of ribs was told 20 minutes on the phone arrived sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting for food. No one ever came to the front lobby To let me know if my food was ready had to call them and express my feelings was extremely ice cold in the building unfortunately, I probably will not give them any more of my business would rather drive out of my way to have a better experience

This is my 4th time ordering overall good food this time it was a little well done the last time I got pizza the crust was well done not having any of the flavoring I ordered but this time the calzones were well done and I called asking if I can have them remade without any issue they agreed to remake em so that's good but unfortunately have to wait to eat a little longer

After reading the negative reviews but being new to the area we decided to give Dukes a try. We ordered pizza and cheese sticks. The young lady on the phone was kind, friendly and polite. The food was ready in 20 minutes, exactly what we ordered and tasted delicious. This is our new local favorite! You've earned a loyal customer!

Everytime in in Michigan from Ontario for fishing I make sure to get a couple Duke's pies. They stopped making the Mac n Cheese pizza with house-made Mac N Cheese (was KD this last weekend), so that sucks - but the bacon ranch, buffalo chicken pizzas have been great. Lookin forward to having it again when in up for ice fishing in January!

Ordered the mac and cheese pizza and cheese bread, cheese bread was okay, mac and cheese pizza look like they put a 50 cent box of Kraft on it it had no cheese no flavor did not have the flavored crust like we ordered, total disappointment for $42. ??????????????????

Dough is simply bad, the gluten free crust was actually better somehow. Staff always looks lost. Prices inaccurate on website, ordered 2 small specialties and was overcharged by almost $10. Major bummer that this is one of the few pizza places in town.

Ordered steak cheese mushrooms, received what looked like chopped up chicken, called them and they argued it was not and that the ow er must have bought new steak. Told them I would bring it back had them make an Italian, 4 pieces of salami under a pile of lettuce! You have lost a customer forever!

Called to say this wasn't cool... was made to feel like I was wrong because I complained. Wonder why small businesses keep going under? This is why! Thanks for the credit offer, doesn't really help when we were having it to eat now. Bad form. Not the first time we have been let down by this place but definitely the last time for the near future.
