I have to say I'm quite disappointed. I used to order from them a while back and they kept messing up my order as in not bringing items even full pizzas and subs. So I stopped ordering from them for a while like a year or so or more. And now I've been ordering from them again. They've missed a whole pizza, subs and now this time on my order they have missed a 2 leader of Pop ,all the sauces and didn't even put lettuce, tomato and onion on my steak cheese and mushroom grinder. And also the food seems to come more often than not cold .Their food tastes pretty good when they get it right. I hope they get this improved cuz I would like to continue ordering from them.

We got a large order from Dukes, and there were only 2 things that were edible. The Italian sub was burnt black and came with no lettuce when we asked for it. We got a Greek salad with no beets, olives, banana peppers, or tomatoes. That Greek salad came with everything we didn't ask for. The caesar salad looked wet, which is not appetizing at all. My child took a bite of their chicken tenders to find a very large rubbery piece inside. The lady on the phone told us it would be 25-30 minutes before our food was ready, it took more like 45 minutes. There was also an odd smell when walking into the store, which was unpleasant. The only thing edible was the pizza, which I admit was good. Will never be ordering anything other than pizza from this restaurant.

Have ordered in the past and it was great - recently ordered (3/22) and the pizza wasn’t good.. hardly any cheese on the slices, toppings not evenly spread. Also got “cinna sticks” there was no trace of cinnamon or sugar on these pieces of bread.

Honestly, maybe if I chain smoked like I used to this, maybe good. But sadly, I don't see how the appeal is in this place or food. Also, I took the 2 times to try and make my pizza right, and it still wasn't full correct to my initial order but i wasnt taking the chance for round 3. This place was a shot in the dark, and it wasn't worth it. I am from the Gregory area, and I will spend my time driving to Towne Square in Pinckney for really solid pizza. Also, don't call me with an ad for your proms if I didn't sign up for them

I haven’t had their pizza in years and let me tell you I missed it! Best pizza place in the world! I’ve lived all across the US and I’m a pizza kind of guy. Nowhere has pizza like Dukes! I recently moved back to Michigan and I needed my lady to try the world’s greatest pizza. I live in Howell and thankfully I was in their area of delivery. Thank you guys for still being the best pizza place, I love your food.10/10 delivery 10/10 service 10/10 foodIf you haven’t tried Dukes Pizza then you’re missing out. Dukes couldn’t deliver a pizza in less than 90 mins if their lives depended on it. We’ve ordered pizza here probably 10 times. Never once has it arrived in under 1-1/2hrs. Hire another driver or take delivery off your website. I can’t really comment on the quality of the food. It might have been really nice 2 hrs ago when it was made. I guess I’ll never know.

"Sorry, we're short on drivers tonight" They should remove delivery from their options. They can't do it. I keep hoping next time HAS TO BE BETTER. It's not. Dont do it.

The pizza I had tonight was awesome it was a Turkey club and the salad usually is amazing but I didn’t want onion and there was onion… but it was a great pizza!
My card was overcharged. This is the second time that gas happened to me at this place. And the pizza isn't that good on top of that, so i probably won't go here again.

Worst service I have ever seen. Last two orders, one price quoted on phone and higher prices at register. The order tonight was 2 calzones and a rack of ribs, over the phone. Upon arrival we received 1 calzone and cold ribs. Employees argued the fact that they were correct and we were wrong. Found staff rude and inept. Also the fact that they quote one price on the phone and charge more when you get there makes you wonder if the Employees are stealing from the customers. Avoid this place if you can.
