Can anyone tell me the issue here? I ordered 2 4pc nugget meals, 1 with a hi-c and one with a Diet Coke. When I got to the window and she handed these to me, I said,”wait, can you tell me why I ordered 2 of the same things and got 2 different sized drinks?” She goes,”Oh the system automatically defaults to a medium even for kids meals.” I said,”yeah and also charges extra for that.” She goes,”yeah next time make sure you catch it and tell them extra small…”

I was waiting for my order for 30 minutes, and my order was still wrong!! Things I didn’t want on my food was still on and I was missing 2 items!!! I can’t drive there to complain and there is no way to complain on the mobile app! This is not the first time dealing with this, I will start going to a different location.
I’ve seen the ice cream machine work and watched a worker make ice cream right in front of me and ignore me when I ask about it! Now I know that it stays on all night and you guys are really so lazy you can’t just make it for the customers you deserve less money for less work no 🧢
