The beyond rude woman at the drive thru this morning was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When it already is an extremely emotional day to be yelled at the moment we pulled up to the window is disgraceful. Apparently we were rung up for the wrong order. We didn’t pay attention as the meal we ordered for was for our dog who was dying of cancer and this was his last meal on the way to the vet. Instead of it being a calm experience it was actually traumatic. She kept yelling you paid for something way cheaper than you ordered!!!! You owe way more money! We explained numerous times what we ordered she yelled but you haven’t paid for it. Not our mistake. Demanding our receipt we didn’t get one for the other window. She then was cussing at us as the window closed. Then she had to call a manager to rering. No apology or nothing. None of that needed to happen.

Good food, this is probably one of the cleaner mc Donald's I have been to. The service is good the staff is nice but the speed was not the greatest overall i would recommend.

Just waited 25 minutes in the drive through for a daily double meal deal with a large coke. Get back on the road and my burger is a nasty mess and they gave me a diet.
Great store. The team was busy at this location. I walked in right at noon. Drive thru was filling orders steadily. The inside dining area was clean and nice inside.

Terrible go through drive thru and backed up took over 30 minutes to get my food and then the order wasn't complete ordered 20 PC mcnugget get home and find no dipping suace in the bag so there's another fast food spot crossed off my list in Fowlerville

Seemed like a long wait in drive thru for 1pm. Other than that food was fresh and service was great. If you see cars piled up, it's going to be a 15 to 20 min wait.
