Went to get the Minecraft meal, I was really excited about it. I asked for the new sauce to try and when I got to the window I also wanted ranch the person gave me attitude and I ended up with no sauce at all terrible tasting food really only went there for the toy that comes with it.

The new lobby looks awful, who in the world thinks that POOP GREEN goes well inna fast food lobby? Why not some fun colors like teal or maybe idk ketchup RED AND MUSTARD YELLOW?? It’s so boring

IF YOU WANT TO SMELL BLUERASBERRY VAPE JUICE THEN THIS IS THE SPOT. this girl was vaping inside the store AND SHE WORKED HERE. like cmon i don’t wanna smell blue rasberry geekbar when im trying to enjoy my cheeseburgers. my appetite is ruined and all i can smell is VAPE JUICE. do better. plus, this red haired girl flipped me off. the hand sanitizer doesn’t WORK.

Ordered a Mcflurry and medium coke. Seemed to have gotten a mini mcflurry instead of a regular even though I'm sure I paid for the regular, and when it was handed out to me, the cup was covered in ice cream. No one even tried to clean it off before handing it out.
I stopped in to use the bathroom and found it it's getting a total remodel! It will look FANTASTIC very soon!!

How can you consistently get my order wrong? Either the item is wrong or there are missing items. I forgive and forget just to be disappointed all over again. I've not been here without them messing up my order. I only order here for others but I will not be returning ever again. I'm not forgetting this time.

They change their hours every other day. Online take the order, charges us and then come to find out they are closed at 7pm when last week they were open till 11 and the week before they were 24hrs. Then it takes 5-7 business days to even get our money back. It’s ridiculous.

Bacon egg and cheese was missing the bacon and coated in the sauce. Sausage McMuffins had 2/4 wrappers unwrapped.

My order was completely wrong. This is the second time from this location. It is great to have a location close to the freeway so I can grab food quickly and get back on the road. That is horrible to get the wrong food and then not be able to eat it. Waste of my money completely. Please read labels more carefully
