I think this Taco Bell is a great location. My food is always prepared correct and I always make a lot of changes. The people that make the always in a good mood and joking.

This is the second time that I’ve ordered cinnamon twist with the food I got and did not receive them and I failed to check the bag before I left the drive-through and I get home and they’re not there which means this is the second time I’ve gotten charged and I don’t get the item that I paid for this is really starting to piss me off

Just straight up lazy and rude! I come here often and get the same taco each time and haven’t had an issue but today I went in and ate in the lobby but when I got my order first of all they forgot my nacho fries but gave me the sauce for it? Thanks I guess. But they gave me a normal cheesy Gordita crunch instead of the Doritos one, okay no problem I’m still at the store so I just simply go up to the front and I have my order receipt in hand waiting for someone to ask what the issue is and all I get is dirty looks from the staff and especially the manager I didn’t get her name but good lord was she giving me a look. Nobody came to ask what was wrong so I have my father go up for me instead because obviously they are just ignoring me, he goes up and the same worker I saw eating in the back and just stared at me comes up and asks him what’s wrong and he states that I’m missing my nacho fries and my taco was made wrong, he gets my bag to me and low and behold they just gave me a Doritos locos taco.

Worst experience ever stopped in during what was going to be a dinner rush I assume earlier and waited a half hour in line without it moving so I just left it figured I'd come back later well I come back and it's 8:30 I just waited in line for another half an hour just for them to finally come to the speaker and say that they've been told by their manager to not take any more orders. What in the hell kind of business is this what an absolute joke.

Consistently has gotten orders wrong. Missing items, and does not give reward items or extra addons such as cheese for nachos or sides.
just straight lazy I come here and I am the only car in line I get one single meal and this is the disgusting slop that they serve me i myself was on my lunch break for work I come back into the restaurant and politely ask if they can remake my food they leave me sitting at the counter for 10 minutes and then come over and tell me no they can give me a refund instead So I guess I just don’t get to eat today

Drive through service gets overwhelmed if there is more than one vehicle at a time.
