Drive through service gets overwhelmed if there is more than one vehicle at a time.

The management at this location is horrible. In the drive thru, they only take one order at a time. They will take an order at the drive thru and won't take anymore orders until that car leaves. Last time I was there I did a mobil order and I set my stopwatch on my phone..41:19. I was only 6 cars back too. They ALWAYS mess up too. Can be something as simple as no sauce, but they never get it right. Another thing is some of their employees are obviously high or drunk. They need a complete reset at that location.

Terrible you can't go in and place an order with a human. Just use the kiosk, no body can take an order anymore. Won't ever go in, wouldn't even place my second and third separate orders because it was an inconvenience for me.

I am beyond mad about today. I went to order a 5 dollar luxe box and it took almost 30 minutes to even order my food. There was only three cars ahead of me. Then I was told I would have to wait a few minutes to order, that turned into another ten minutes. It should not take that long to get food.

This place is consistently slow. Last night drive-through was about 50 minutes. Then they charge an arm and a leg for crappy food. I could have gone to a real Mexican restaurant and had better food for cheaper and probably a hell of a lot faster. I hardly go there anymore because it's so damn slow. There can be one other car in line and it will still take 10 to 20 minutes.

This used to be a great location. Now it’s not unusual to wait 25 mins for food that has gotten much too expensive and the staff complains when you customize the food on the tablet you now have to order from. I won’t be back to this location.

Oh where to start. Upon ordering there was a small child with his shoes off sleeping in a booth. We then ordered and received order to go. Floor was dirty btw. Got home to realize 3 items were not made to order. Tacos were cold. Upon return both managers were outside smoking/vaping I asked the Manager to kindly remake all the food to avoid the rest being cold. He then proceeded to get an attitude and I blew my lid and made him walk off the job. What a great leader and Manager. This place needs help immediately I hope the owner see this.

The staff were happy and friendly and Matt was awesome. Called us by name and made sure our food was correct and delicious! One of my favorite Taco Bell experiences EVER!🎉

I was the dude that came through the drive thru maybe 20 minutes ago. I ordered the beefy double crunch burrito add jalapeño sauce too it. Just wanna say thanks for making a beast of a burrito! Idk who is back there but you really did hook it up. Appreciate the extra nugget!!

Everything was fine except for what I ordered. I got the discovery box with steak for the meat. They had no sauce for the two specialty items in the meal. Once I bit into it, I immediately spat it out because of how bad the steak tasted. It was so gross that I told myself to never eat at a Taco Bell again. If the steak tastes like that without sauce, then gross.
