Taco Bell is good. It's hard to get bad Taco Bell, I'd say. But i have never in my life waited longer for ''fast'' food than I have in this drive thru. It doesn't matter what day i go, what time i go, it's always an annoyingly long wait. Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my life. Either hire more people, or train the ones you have! Thanks!

Our experience was a mixed bag. Our orders took too long in my opinion. We got our drinks delivered as an apology and coupons. We witnessed two managers yelling at each other back and forth. My husband approached the counter and tried reasoning with the male supervisor. Lots of deflection and blaming. The female manager is a screamer too, dropping F bombs. These individuals are angry and don’t know why, very sad. We were there 2/12/24 between 5 and 6 pm. Thankful no children in the dining room to hear the language. Will we return? Most likely, we don’t eat from Taco Bell a lot.PS. I don’t like the self ordering kiosk. Makes no sense to me.

Our local store has a great crew and very good attitude.The problem that we have is with corporate changing the menu and entrees and making items less available for specific dietary needs forcing us to go to other restaurant chains. When I ordered food through their online app, order two cravings boxes one with a soft taco, the other with a soft taco supreme. The only other customization I had was that instead of nacho cheese with the nachos, I ordered spicy jalapeno sauce. When I arrived, nobody greeted me for what seemed like 5 minutes. Eventually, I got everything rolling and realized they hadn't given me the drinks. Headed back in and asked for the drinks. With that taken care of, I headed home. When I got home I realized they hadn't marked the boxes. The spicy jalapeno was in the box that was for my friend and mine had the nacho cheese. After eating the 5 layer burrito, we realized that we ended up with the other person's box. Taking a moment to mark the boxes and double checking the order would not have spurned me to write this review.

This location has improved significantly over the last 2 months. I have been going here for years and about weekly the last 2 years. I go I to the restaurant to pick up my order because it used to be wrong a lot so I wanted to go though it myself before I left.I still go in each time, but the order is actually usually correct. I use the app to order and the current Saturday crew stays on top of all orders and gets mine ready usually on time now. They also work hard and are friendly. When there is a problem with any part of my order, they proactively fix it and now apologize if they are slow for any reason which makes my experience much more pleasant. The restaurant and work area are swept more often now. They aim more to delight the custom now.Brandis is great at customer service and fixes any issue proactively and with a professional and friendly attitude. She’s the first employee to remember my name as it is on my app order each week. She also greets everyone who comes in.

Please just close this one. Manager screamed at my mother because they had a 10 minute wait time. Maybe nobody wants to work for you for a reason, huh? People leave because of management and better pay opportunities, obviously this place isn't working. Close it and put a Dunkin instead, at least the service will be better.
